I absolutely loved the shoes but they were too big. I ordered my regular size but they were just too big. I would like to get a smaller size but don't know if I should go a half or whole size smaller.

Shoes are slightly larger than my normal size. Otherwise they are comfortable.

I have several pairs of Rockport/Cobbhill shoes. This is the first pair I had to return. They were too wide and lacked arch support.

These run small and narrow, beautiful shoe but do not fit. Daughter also tried as we both wear an 11, she also said they are a size smaller.

These are very cute, however the leather is stiff and feels cheap. I love the style but the shoe runs wide and slips on my heel when I walk. I will try an insoles and see if I can wear them. A bit disappointed as I ordered my normal size 6.5.

wanted to love them.but other reviewers are right. good width until the last 3 inches towards the heel and then it widens and leaves a gap. unfortunately had to return.

The size is totally off! I ordered my usual size, 6.5M, but they're way too big on me. I would say, they're about 1.5-2 sizes bigger than general. So, I returned them (it's been 10 days so far, still waiting for refund) and ordered another pair (different design) in size 6M, but again, they're still at least 0.5-1 size too big! Very disappointing, as the design for both of them are even nicer in person, and they're super light & good quality, but, the sizing!

Loved the shoe, nicely made, but too wide. Had to send back - wish they came in narrow.

These will probably be fine after a break-in period, emphasis on probably. They were a little stiff out of the box and as others have noted, loose in the heel and tight at the toe. The seam is worrisome and hits at an uncomfortable spot. I was hoping for a wear-everywhere slip on, but that might not be the case. I certainly won't be wearing them for any extended walking until I break in that leather. All in all a disappointing purchase. Any other pair of Rockport/Cobb Hill I've owned have felt comfy and fit like a glove right out of the box. Not so for the Laci. Cobb Hill, you can do better.

I like the shoes but my feet do not fit well in them.

Very pretty shoes but they are too big. They slip in the heel and are too wide. I am going to try a smaller size but I am beginning to think that buying shoes online is a mistake. Plus I am concerned about the environmental impact of the packaging and gas used in delivering the item.

Attractive, but uncomfortable. Too narrow, and I ordered a wide. And my heel was slipping. So disappointing.

Nice looking, but too loose. I wear a 6.6 or 7 Medium. I ordered the 6.5M. Length was perfect, but it was too loose width wise. I sent them back.

Great looking and I think it would be very comfortable but it runs at least a half size too big. I have several Rockport/Cobb Hill shoes and ordered my usual size but these are huge. I do wish I could find your shoes in a brick and mortar store. I would buy more, make fewer returns and enjoy the process. I'm only giving them 3 stars because while I overall recommen Rockport and these shoes it is a big problem that sizing is so off.

I have worn a size 6.5 for many years. This pair of shoes happens to be too big. I have to wear thick socks because I didn't want to go to all the trouble of sending them back and waiting for the exchange. The shoe is good quality material and a cute pattern.

Loved the look of these shoes, but they were too wide. I returned them, but wished they would have fit better.

The shoe was gorgeous. I had a issue with a seam inside the shoe rubbing my little toe and my heel kept coming up out of the shoe. This is my third attempt. Thank you for the awesome customer service for the returns.

I was excited about these shoes because they are very cute and seemed like they would be comfortable. When they arrived and I tried them on, they were too wide and a bit too long. They also seemed a bit tight across the toes (at the seam). I ordered my normal size (7.5M). Unfortunately, I will be returning them.
