Fantastic inner cubic space for air travel for business

i purchased this as a gift for someone who needs more space in the pack. This was too small.

This backpack is not large enough and I am returning it.

Helping me in packing for three days trips. Have good space for bottle and laptop. Extra space for sport gare

Really like the laptop compartment but wish the front zip space could be combined like the old recon I own.

I'm really surprised, but I shouldn't be. This is a best-selling bag from a bag empire (The North Face, Jansport, Eastpak, Kipling). I find the design and build set it apart. Better zippers. A thicker bottom panel. A smarter front compartment that doesn't intrude into the main compartment. A great laptop compartment and superior back panel. Even the straps are connected differently from most other brands, so they are both durable and flexible. This is my new favorite travel backpack and airline personal item. It's awesome.

Durable, nice size, and it hold a lot of things

Got this as a gift for my college bound kid! Perfect for books + laptop and great for Seattle weather!

I use this as a school bag. The inside fabrics of the bag feel a bit cheap. We will see how long it lasts overall.

Perfect 30l backpack - multipurpose, school, casual, day hikes... has plenty of room and zip pockets for storage, built tough, like the front nylon pocket for easy storage, water compartments are deep. Just a very well made backpack.

This is a good sized backpack for students. Fits my 16" laptop comfortably. I only wish there was another outside pocket

This bag checked more boxes than others on features I like and need for the field work i do. The laptop and IPAD compartment is great and decently padded. It has multiple compartments and zipper for extra items.

Very uncomfortable on a petite woman. The straps don't sit well, and wearing this for long periods of time or with much weight in it is terrible. Another problem is the carry strap on top. It is situated too far from the back of the pack, which makes it useless for hanging on anything. Since I bought this pack specifically for international travel, not being able to hang it on a hook in bathroom stalls, etc is incredibly inconvenient. I do appreciate the sizes and locations of the pockets, though, hence the overall 4 star review. I would never buy this pack again, and wish I had never bought it, but it may work fine for people who have a larger frame, don't wear it for hours a day walking all over cities, and don't plan to hang it on anything.

We had a different model of a similar backpack, but unfortunately, with the load of school books these days the straps did not hold up so well this backpack seems to be much more suited for heavier loads

I bought this bag for work travel. It is a great size to take on a plane. It holds my 17 inch engineering laptop which was my biggest concern.
