Great backpack for my son going into high school! My other son had his for all four years of high school, and now it is going to college with him! Love the durability and space this pack provides.

Love the bag! The only "complaint" I can think of is the small pocket that's made to hold glasses is shaped funny. Highly recommend the bag tho!!

Perfect replacement from my old surge. It's slim design and spacious pockets make it the perfect travel bag.

Ordered this Router to replace a Borealis which NF claims they could not repair. Out of the bag, the quality of the router seemed considerably less than that of my older Borealis. Less than three weeks later, the stitching started separating. Called customer service and the guy I talked to was rude. Not sure why NF cannot send me a replacement. Every time I do this review I get a follow up email to leave another review. My review has yet to show up on the NF website.

I like that it is larger than the surge and works perfect for traveling when I work.

The bag is a great work bag for traveling between locstions. it can carry a few days of clothes rolled up and also fully protect the computer and accessories. very durable. sits well on the back and hips when using it for hike/adventures.

I needed a large backpack to tote my large laptop to and from work. This is sturdy and has a ton of extra storage. I wish I was using it for a more adventurous purpose, but it fits my practical needs well.

Poor quality. After a little over 3 months of use as a high school student's backpack, one of the shoulder straps is detaching from the backpack. Customer service refused to replace.

Purchased for a daily use/travel bag. Overally decent quality backpack, knocked it for goofy layout (main sections are difficult to access and don't unzip fully down the sides), and not external/open pouch to store things on the pack like many other backpacks.

I recently got the North Face Router Backpack in black, and I am beyond impressed. This backpack has everything I was looking for: durability, style, and practical design. The all-black color is sleek and versatile, making it easy to match with any outfit, whether you're heading to work, school, or traveling. The materials are high-quality, and the build feels sturdy without being overly bulky. Storage-wise, this backpack has it all. It features a dedicated laptop sleeve that comfortably fits my 15-inch laptop, along with plenty of room for books, folders, a water bottle, and other essentials. The front pocket provides easy access to smaller items like keys, chargers, and my phone, which is a nice touch. Comfort is another standout feature. The padded straps are very comfortable and adjustable, and the back panel is designed for breathability, so it's comfortable even when carrying it for extended periods. The weight distribution is well-balanced, making it easy to carry even when fully loaded. Overall, the North Face Router Backpack in black is an exceptional, well-thought-out product. Whether you need it for daily commuting or as a travel companion, it's a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it!

I recently purchased the North Face Router Backpack in grey, and I am absolutely in love with it. This backpack is a game-changer for anyone who needs both style and functionality. First, the design is sleek and modern, with a neutral grey color that goes well with any outfit or occasion. It's subtle but still has a premium look, which I really appreciate. The quality of the material is top-notch, offering durability without being too bulky or heavy. The storage capacity is impressive. It has multiple compartments, including a dedicated laptop sleeve that fits my 15-inch laptop perfectly. There's plenty of space for books, a water bottle, chargers, and even a jacket. I also love the easy-access front pocket for smaller items like keys, headphones, and my phone. The straps are comfortable and padded, making it easy to carry even when it's fully packed. The back panel is breathable, which helps reduce sweating on those warmer days, and the overall weight distribution feels balanced. Whether you're using it for work, school, or travel, the North Face Router Backpack is practical, stylish, and incredibly well-designed. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, versatile backpack!

I bought this backpack for my son, who is a college freshman. His laptop (16.5) fits nicely and remains well protected. Extremely roomy backpack that has enough capacity to accommodate a weekend's worth of clothes (maybe more) if traveling. Backpack appears to be well made; I am hoping it will last a long time.
