Had this backpack less than two months while traveling and its should strap is falling apart. This is the second NF backpack that's done this to me and this pack was the replacement, the quality and warranty of NF products I think are just for life style use cases and not for actual use. Warranty replacements are pretty much useless if you don't have months to wait to get the backpack back. The way the strap is constructed also makes it pretty close to impossible to fix.

The design puzzles me as I'm still trying to figure out what the designer of this Router Transit was thinking with the design they used. It a total waste of space in comparison to the previous Router Transit. I regret purchasing this bag. The space in the upper outside point upward instead of downward and so if you put something in that pocket it falls out once you open the zipper. The designer must have been disorientated while designing it. The space is significantly less than the previous design.

I returned it because the old router and the router transit are better. Bring back the good ones.

When I purchased the item, one strap had poor stitching. Over time, one strap started to fall apart (defect) and other strap was fine. Sent it to warranty and they will not replace it

After 4 years of normal use, one of the straps broke. I sent it in for warranty claim, and they said that the strap could only have broken due to improper use, so they would not cover the broken strap.

The backpack strap immediately started to break within the first two weeks of purchase.
