It is good quality and cute, but super small for the price. I read the reviews that said small, and I was searching for small so I tried it anyways but it was baby doll small.

I really wanted to like this bag. I have plenty of reg. Size NF backpacks but I wanted a smaller one I could use as a purse. This was not it. With the straps fully extended the top of the bag still sat at the mid to bottom of my neck. It's insanely small. People said a larger water bottle would fit but I'm assuming that's all the put in the bag because it wouldn't fit much else. I put it on my (average sized) 6 year old and it fit him perfectly. If it would fit his lunch bag and school folder I would have let him keep it. It's definitely for a very small-framed, petite person or a child. An average sized person let alone a full-figured person couldn't use this in my opinion. Sad because the bag is cute but not functional to me.

I ordered the bigger bag which is shown in the picture. The bag I received is so small, like a pocket book. Completely misleading picture. Disappointed.

I went to the store twice to pick it up. Never got it

It's smaller than expected. Sides can't even fit a normal sized water bottle and draw string frayed and broke when slide up. Very disappointed in this bag.

Too small.

There is NO WAY a water bottle will fit in those side pockets. And trying to find a way to return it is proving impossible.

The bungee broke the first time I used the backpack at all. I tried to contact live support but they immediately disconnected and it was within their working hours.

i would really like you guys to bring back the bigger size of this backpack in the color "pink dark moss heather/gardenia white.

Too small,

The bungee cord ripped the first time I used the backpack.

I was very excited when I received my package but the strap seems like it's made for a child. Also, I have large breasts and it's not an option unless I want to hook the strap under one of them--this was not considered.

The pocket for a water bottle is simply too small to accommodate anything other than a disposable plastic bottle. It is also not deep enough and looks very awkward with anything that does fit. The pack I received is also not metallic white but gray, which I actually don't mind. My issue is just with the water bottle pocket. If it's going to be as small as it is, I think it should also include a water bottle, Very disappointed in the design and was going to use it on a trip to the Middle East.

Way to small. Had to return but it was cute.

Picture is very deceiving.. From the picture, the size looks a bit bigger but once receive it, its way too small. Only good for toddlers..

Too small

If you buy it in Vintage White with the rose gold, it doesn't look anything like the photo, the back of the backpack is white but the front flap is this ugly gray color which doesn't show in the stock photo.

Didn't get my refund

It came super small, so we sent it back, yet I've never gotten a credit for sending it back.

To small, it did not show the size, my 12 year old wanted it for school...I have returned it and we got Addis instead.
