I love this backpack! I'm a mom and I purchased this bag for walks and it holds everything I need, plus diapers and my baby's necessities.

I use this as an everyday bag in place of a purse. I could not love it more. It's super practical and just the perfect size.

I had the Borealis backpack throughout my 4 years of college. It is a solid backpack. It is comfortable, sturdy, and chick. I recently bought the mini version of it for work, and I adore it. So far so good.

I've never been a big fan of purses but I've needed a way to carry all my stuff. This backpack has been the BEST solution. I can hold a couple of diapers for the kids, my wallet, keys, chapstick and SO MUCH MORE. It is a very thoughtfully laid out bag with excellent compartments. I was skeptical at first, but it's won me over.

I absolutely love the color, Not too big and not overly small, exactly helpful in terms of taking this to small outings and amusement parks. Children can also utilize this and its very sturdy. Best choice if needing something fast and convenient

I was looking for a smaller backpack for day hikes. This backpack is perfect. It is big enough to store some basic items ( water bottle, sun glasses, keys, wallet, sun screen, bug repellent etc.). It has multiple compartments to organize things well inside. It is still small, light-weight and does not make my back sweat. I keep all of the basic hiking equipment in it all the time and now I never forget anything.

I bought this backpack for a hiking trip to Sedona and it worked wonders! I was able to fit two large Nalgene water bottles, my travel wallet, phone, chapstick, and lots of snacks in this small but mighty pack. I know some other reviewers were bummed the outside pockets didn't function as water holders, but I thought it worked just fine to carry those in the large pocket. Perfect hiking backpack!

I love my mini borealis bag. I use it for my clinicals bc it's the perfect bag to fit in the tiny hospital lockers! It fits my stethoscope (and case), penlight, foldable clipboard, plus more!

This is my go to bag for outings when I need to bring along a number of things. I wish there was another small zipper pocket for small items and that the water bottle pocket was big enough for a water bottle.

The mini borealis is backpack is well made. However, the side pocket for a water bottle or umbrella is absolutely too small. I bought it for a trip to Alaska as a light daypack. Think I'll give it to my 2 year old granddaughter instead.

It's perfect for quick errands and day trips, and it easily holds my iPad Air. Some people have said that it can't hold a water bottle in the water bottle pocket, and it can. I can fit a standard 16 fl oz Poland Spring bottle in it. It also has a pocket with a flap on the other side of the bag, which is super useful for storing keys or other random objects. One of the best things about this bag is the handles. Many mini backpacks have thin handles, which make them uncomfortable to wear. Thankfully, the backpack has padding, and I have no issues wearing it all day. I also love that it is a structured backpack, and I don't have to worry about my things moving all over inside it. I definitely recommend this bag, and I love to see other NorthFace backpacks made in this way.

This is the perfect backpack for me. I use it for pretty much everything. Work, school, as a "purse", for day trips, etc. I am a small person, 5'3" and 115lbs, and I have back and neck problems and this backpack is so lightweight, it doesn't bother my back and neck at all. It holds my wallet, sunglasses case, tablet, kindle, two phones, keys, and a water bottle all comfortably. I will be purchasing another just so I have a back-up. I don't think I can live without this backpack anymore.

Great, compact backpack. A tad small, but roomy enough to pack the essentials for a nice day hike. Very stylish as well.
