I bought it online for school. I didn't like it when I first saw it. It looked a bit different from the picture but then I loved it when I started using it. The appearance looks very lovely now:)

I purchased one for my adult daughter and myself. Love that it is a great carry on and has the back pack option. Sleek and functional. excited to travel.

Great bag for commuting. Lots of storage and a good sized shoe compartment.

After countless hours of research my wife finally found the pack of her dreams! This Never Stop Utility Pack has compartments and storage for everything an active lady needs in an every day carry backpack. Going to the gym? No problem! Plenty of space for your gym shoes and workout clothes. Going to the park with the kids? Again, no problem! Lots of room for a frisbee, snacks, and water bottles! Going to the gym and park!? Guess what. NO PROBLEM! You can fit all of your workout and park gear in the pack at once. While I don't personally use this bag, I can say with conviction my wife thinks it's the best backpack ever made!

This was a gift for my daughter. She was interested in this bag to store her laptop and workout clothes and shoes. She loves it, it is roomy and has lots of separate pockets inside, as well as a separate compartment on the bottom for her workout shoes. Nice color and sturdy material.

This is an amazing bag - so many hidden pockets and places to store your things, high quality material, love it!

I bought this as a new work bag as I live close enough to work to walk and wanted the separate shoe section. I love everything about this bag - it has great compartments and pockets to keep everything organized. Also super roomy! I received multiple compliments the first I used it.

I bring it to work everyday. I work as a healthcare worker in the hospital and this bag has lots of space to fit food, scrubs, shoes, stethoscope laptop and not feel heavy at all. Very stylish and useful! I love it and recommend it to everyone!

I tried a lot of backpacks before trying this, bellroy, chrome and others but this has the most useful parts from each backpack. I first tried the sage one but the color didn't impress me so i exchanged for the black which u can't go wrong with. Also their picture doesn't show all the pockets, this bag has way more pockets u can really use.

I use this product for my work bag. It has so many departments where I can carry my lunch, laptop and other items all in one bag. No more looking like a big lady.

Bought this for a trip overseas next year. I'm not a backpack person so it was a difficult decision. I looked everywhere for something I felt would work for me. I did get to try it out on a long weekend trip recently. It's perfect for traveling! Holds a lot of things, not awkward on back. I am so happy with this purchase

Purchased for commuting days. Love the design and all of the compartments. My tall (slender) steel water bottle fits in the side pockets. Plenty of room inside for my laptop (back compartment), wireless ergonomic mouse, headset, book, notebook, scarf, small umbrella. My family members saw and loved it, so, now gifting bags to them.

I was researching backpacks for awhile and so far I am really happy with this one. Good amount of compartments, great for organization, looks good, is actually comfortable for how much it can carry! The section for a pair of shoes at the bottom is the cherry on top. love it!

So many pockets and compartments. Easy to stay organized. Very good quality. Looks very pretty. It is a large backpack. I would have loved it if it had a waist belt too for extra comfort. Amazing backpack.

Literally so obsessed with this backpack. It's everything I wanted and more. So spacious and big but doesn't feel big when I wear it. Great for travel and great for everyday.

The bottom pocket is great for shoes. Lots of pockets and holds a lot while not taking up too much space, and it's easy to carry.

The amount of pockets this bag has is unbelievable for how sleek & simple the exterior is. Just on the front, there are 2 hidden pockets. The back has a laptop sleeve & spot for a phone or charger.

As a commuter I needed at bag that could carry everything. My main needs were a sternum strap and a separate compartment for my lunch in case of spills. Although the separate compartment is marketed towards shoes, it is the perfect size and placement for me to carry my lunch and the main compartment is the right shape/size for everything else I want to carry, including a separate slot for my lap top. As other reviews have noted, the website glosses over the pockets which is a detriment to them - there are loads. I watched a YouTube review of the bag so I could get the full scope of the pack. Not only does it have all the features and pockets I was looking for, its also much lighter than I expected.

Bought this as a diaper bag. So easy to organize with all the compartments. It holds so much but feels like it's not too big at the same time if we don't need to carry a lot. Holds a huge Nalgene bottle on the side pockets with no problem which was a must. Can't say enough great things about this bag.
