Decent size, not too big nor too small. I go to work using public transportation, this is a good bag which I can put a lot of stuff. And I got this on sale during Black Friday.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I purchased this backpack for a work bag. I love how roomy it is and how it protects my laptop in the back. The straps are thick and helps keep the weight off your shoulders.

Great backpack.Love how organized it is and black color looks relatively professional. Cons:zippers are finicky and need to be unzipped slowly.shoulder straps aren't cushioned enough for a full day

Overall, I like this bag. It's a nice size, slim, and looks good. It fits well on the back. You can put a lot in the bag and it's still looks slim. Drink holders are deep and can hold a 32 oz stainless steel bottle. Good organization system in the bag with another padded section for tablet. The light color on the inside makes finding things easy. I buy and try out a lot of backpacks and have one for any occasion. I am always on the lookout for the best functional backpack but there are a few inconvenient downsides to this backpack. Be careful with the main compartment zipper as it can stick to the backpack material that hides the zipper. Sometimes the laptop zipper gets mistaken for opening the main compartment as it run along the top and back. I mistakenly open it quite often. The top handles should be clipped at all times as it obstructs getting to the quick pocket in front. I've never had a chest strap this thin before and it makes the bag look nice but I haven't decided if I like it yet.

I use this bag for everyday commute and work. Has a lot of space for all I need yet is not too big and clumsy. Looks classy, only thing that the bottom part is a little "greener" than it seems in the picture but I still think the color is nice.

I got this because my old backpack was heavy and because it is black, I could not find things easily inside. I love this for business trips and for vacations too. I would have given it 5 stars except sometimes one of the zippers gets caught on the fabric.

Great, sleek backpack. My only complaint is that the extra fabric gets stuck in the zipper easily you just have to be aware when you're unzipping it.

Bought it for my mom. The size is perfect for her who has a small frame with a 5'2-ish height. Only complaint she has is that the front strap is a bit short and thin.

Bought as a gift for my Mom. She liked all the different color choices and the size was just what she wanted. Doesn't want to carry a purse anymore. Almost went with the mini.

I love the color and the look. Not quite tall enough for my laptop but so close that I can still shut it.

I love this pack. The only thing I would change would be to make the drink holders out of stretchier fabric. Also the fabric around the main zipper gets caught in it pretty easily. It holds a ton and is very comfortable to wear

Pros: The backpack is very light and sleek looking. I also like the hidden pocket for valuables which is fleece lined. Cons: -the fabric gets stuck in the zippers so you are constantly fighting to dislodge it. It's a nuisance especially when you are in a rush and have to put down whatever you are holding to use both hands to open the bag. -The straps are not padded enough and very thin. I used the bag with only a laptop and notebook and my shoulders were sore after walking for only 20min. I had to buy shoulder pads in order to make wearing this backpack tolerable.

I love the look - but part of why it looks so sleek is that all the zippers are covered by fabric. The fabric is loose so the zippers are constantly getting stuck on fabric - even when pulling the fabric out of the way, it usually takes 2-3 tries to fully open the zippers. It's a shame - otherwise looks great & good pockets, but I'll be returning it.
