I bought this backpack for my daughter to carry to school for her 7th grade year. The 1st week of school one of her friends slightly pulled on the straps and the strap snapped into. I feel like for the price of the backpack, it should have held up better than this. The color of the backpack is beautiful and the overall quality of the rest of the material is nice.

The backpack is great and we love it! Unfortunately the shipping took way longer than expected! Luckily it still arrived in time! It would be great to announce on the website that 3-5 shipping days are not the exact time, it will take much longer, almost up to 2 weeks!

Cute bag! The color is more two toned rather than the way it looks in the product photo but overall still cute and just the right size for law school.

I love the color. I like how it has so many little pockets and zipper inside. And the strings are great to hold a jacket or hoodie for easy access to it all the time. The only problem.. it needs something big or bulky on the bottom of the biggest department to fill it out. If not the backpack has a really weird shape. Very thin on the bottom and huge on the top. I love the color but I'd pick a different model if I could choose again.

I really like how many different compartments there are and the laptop sleeve. However my only criticism would be that all those compartments/packets are the same size inside the backpack making it look super top heavy and hard to put stuff in the main pocket. Otherwise It fits a lot, looks good and is pretty comfortable even on long motorcycle rides.

The violet is purple not pinkish like the picture. It's pretty just not accurate. belly strap in not needed since i use it as a work bag so the ends just dangle.

A bit heavy. I have a mini version and love that. This is just okay.

The quality is fantastic, it can hold very heavy things and distribute the weight so you'll barely feel it. I think the distribution of space isn't too good, I wanted to put in a lot of stuff and the bag will definitely hold it but the fact that most pockets are concentrated on its top half make it uncomfortable to get things in and out of the bag. Didn't work for the use I wanted and had to return, but it was very beautiful and came recommended by a close friend,

I got this backpack because my friends recommended it to me. However, it doesn't have enough space!!! I can just barely fit my lunch in it & if you live in a cooler climate and wear jackets, not big enough to fit your jacket. I will say it's a cute design and comfortable, but if youre a student in HS/College I dont think it's worth the price point.

I love the look & it's very comfortable, but the backpack is a bit small in the main compartment. When I pack a lot of my work books, it is a very tight fit. I wouldn't say this bag is practical for those looking to carry multiple/large books at once, which unfortunately I must do. If that is your goal, I would recommend another backpack with more room. If you'll only be carrying thin items, like a laptop, ipad, & a thin notebook at once, this backpack would work. One aspect I did not think about was the color (white). Sure the bag is an eye catcher but any dirt/stains are highly noticeable quickly. Considering I put my back-back on the ground often in class, I didn't think this through and have to wash it continuously to maintain the look.

Great quality, but my daughter is already running out of room for her high school materials. We asked the store employees if there were any bigger backpacks and they said no. I wish that they made larger ones like they did when I was in high school. My Northface backpack held twice as much as this one.

It's sad and disappointing that shipping and store pickup simply does not rise to today's standards or expectations. Products are fine but getting products delivered in a timely manner is critical for today's consumer and unfortunately The Northface falls short. Do better.

Purchased this for my middle school daughter hoping to be used through college. It is a great bag for travel but not for school. The top tends to fill up leaving tons of unaccessible space at the bottom. We had to attach a carbiner to the top outside if she wanted to take a lunch box and she definitely needed the outside retention cords to attach a travel cube for gym gear. She had only used it for two months but we have to replace it with something bigger.

It's perfect for small things but not for a high schooler needing space for books and laptop and the necessity items needed for every day school classes.

Not as roomy as it looks inside. The string came out of the grommet on the front within a week

Love this backpack! I wish it was slightly bigger, though, as my daughter always struggles to put her lunch bag in it every single day.

My teen daughter had to have this backpack for school. If you asked her how she likes it, she would tell you she loves it! However, watching her struggle to load it up each morning is painful for me. It just does not have enough room for a laptop, lunch box, folders, notebook, and binder... plus all of the other teen girl backpack must haves. I'm not sure how she manages throughout the day.

It's a nice looking backpack, but not the best for school and books etc. you can adjust the bottom to be wider, but it is still kind of top heavy.

Best color offering North Face had available but had to sacrifice on the size. Wish the backpack was larger.

I use this product for high school and it's a litttle little.

Great quality backpack but I returned it because it just wasn't big enough for what I needed. I have to carry several binders, a pencil pouch, and books. This backpack didn't work for that but would be ideal if you just needed to carry one binder and a computer or book.
