I'm using this backpack for college and it's proven to be durable and comfortable. I packed it full and there's no discomfort when carrying it. A lot better than my old backpack.

It's 5 stars due to the looks, quality, weight and perfect fit for a woman. the strings on the zipper are a little annoying at first since you don't get as much leverage as a traditional zipper....so usually two hands to close.

I purchased this backpack for my daughter. She is entering HS this year and needed a bigger backpack. She outgrew the Northface Jester pack. So far it has been a good bag for her. Multiple pockets and it seems pretty durable.
