the strap across was beyond too long and there was no way to adjust it smaller. it was a great looking shoe but it didn’t function well for me.

Felt small but then the strap was far too big, and I have a high instep.

Journee Collection shoes are a bit smaller than what I'm used to with Nine West. The construction is not quality and the price is a bit higher than it should be for that. Overall the shoe is fine, the Coral color isnt as vibrant as the photo suggests.

The straps do not fit well

The strap is just for show, it does not keep the shoes on your feet! I like shoes with straps because, with narrow feet, I have trouble keeping shoes on. This strap does't secure at all, the button part can slide all over the place.

These shoes were way too large and the strap wouldn't stay attached. They were not comfortable, and reminded me why I took a long break from wearing heels. The toe area was inflexible and there was little padding under the ball of the foot. The materials felt inexpensive. Overall very disappointing, because the style is super cute. The color and style were as pictured which was a positive.

The strap across the top was too big. The toe are was not comfortable.

The strap was flimsy and was too loose even with my high arch.

I'm not returning them so obviously everything was fine

The shoes are the perfect color and style. The only problem I had is the strap was too long which made it feel too big. I took them to the shoe cobbler who is able to adjust the strap making it tighter to actually fit. This helped with the slippage and a better fit. I look forward to wearing them soon!

When I ordered these, I also ordered 2 other different dress shoes. I ordered all the same size, 5.5. While I loved the look of these shoes yes, they were about a full size too large. Unfortunately, they don't make these in a 5. However, the other two pair fit perfectly!

These shoes are so cute, I’ve been wanting a pair of Mary Jane’s for a while & I finally got a pair & OMG they didn’t disappoint!! I’m so in love I’ve bought 2 more pairs in different colors & a different style same brand. They are comfortable, so cute & you can dress them up or down!!

Very happy with these! Tried them on in a shop and needed half a size down. Initially, my package arrived with the wrong shoe, but customer service was incredible at getting the right ones sent to me asap. I couldn't be happier with these!

My shoe was absolutely awesome. The color was amazing. And I have other women in the church asking where did I get them from. Look out for more orders. My question is do the come in different colors ?

I like the pump style but the strap across the shoe is a little loose for me . It's a cute pump for that style.

Cute shoes! I bought a few different colors and love them all! Probably won't last very long, and not the most padding - I wouldn't want to walk miles in them - lol.

its a beautiful shoe - the color and style are gorgeous. But there isn't enough support on my foot - perhaps my feet are more narrow than others - and therefore I felt like I would be tripping out of them.

I like the pump but a little loose for me. But I do like the color and the strap that go across not to tight.

Cute shoes; not very comfortable. Though I wear a narrow I can get away with medium sometimes, but my foot was drowning in this shoe and it just didn’t look good.

Nice shoe but sizing was way off. At least a size bigger.

My feet are a bit wide at the front (trying to buy these shoes for a wedding I'm in), so I was a bit expecting that the length might be okay but it might be tight at the front. But the straps are so large! I do not have dainty feet and could have slipped 3 fingers between my foot and the strap. They wouldn't even stay in place because I guess it's just supposed to be the tension that keeps them in place against the button, but it's a so loose. Maybe this works if you have a particular type of foot shape?
