the heel was flat and didn't hold my foot in it

Item came in a box that was NOT the original shoe box. Flag #1 Soles of the shoes received were clearly scuffed from prior use. Flag #2 Not happy at all to have paid for a used item. It’s one thing to return an item if it does not fit, but to wear them to your occasion and return for another customer to purchase is WRONG. So disappointed

So cute but SO BIG! Ordered half size smaller than I usually wear after reading reviews but still too big. Length was OK but width was much too wide. The heel, particularly, would never stay on my foot! Had to return.Lahlu

Didn't try them on since they looked used. I was disappointed in Zappos customer care. It never happened before.
