These sandals have really soft leather and a real buckle closure. The woven leather stretches and it fits my foot in the toes & ball of the foot. however: I think these are REALLY designed for a NARROWER Mid-foot. I have a very narrow heel.....but there is something else going on. I think another Zappos Customer tried to describe this: Opposite the nice arch support - on the OUTSIDE of the foot - t here is a Lip or Raised area. I am guessing hta t my mid foot is just a little TOO wide for the base of the shoe. The "lip" I am describing is similar to Naot sandals (except they fit me everywhere EXCEPT the toes). I thought that MAYBE I needed a size larger OR smaller in order to Line Up with the raised side....but after moving my foot both Forward & Backward: realized that the cut of the shoe is NOT for my foot. Too bad because I REALLY like them. P.S. The sole is rather flexible under the toes.

I loved the style of these shoes unfortunately the foot bed was uncomfortable. I have wide feet so the ball of my foot rested towards the outside edge of the foot bed which is not as cushioned.

These sandals are cute but the buckles rub against my ankle bone. Too bad, because the leather is soft and fine.
