As a 1st time customer, I ordered an 8.5 since customer reviews indicated item ran small. They fell off my heels. I returned them for an 8.0. They pinched my toes. I considered re-ordering in an 8.0 W, but decided I need to stick to in store purchase where I can try items on . I want to applaud your customer service, but doubt that I will change my mind

I usually buy a size 7 so the shoe will be slightly larger but I could not even get my foot in this size 7. Order at least a half size larger!

Unable to wear them - way too small. ordered a size 9 normally wear an 8 1/2 and occasionally a 9.
