Excellent shoe for hikes, uneven ground, running. Nice sung fit, easy to adjust fit with laces, true to size. Tread holds up a long time, I've had these two years and the tread is still pretty deep all over. Toe box is not as wide as I personally would have liked even though I ordered the wide, but take that with a grain of salt - I just had bunion and hammer toe surgery last year and am extra sensitive to giving my new feet room to spread out. I would absolutely buy these again, maybe extra wide since they are very true to size.

Wear tall socks to avoid heel rub. Good grip. Tighten laces, potential to slip undone if pounding pavement downhill for a while

Love this shoe! The fit, comfort, and colors are great. Would have given 5 starts if waterproof. Hey Saucony, here's a customer challenge for you. How about a waterproof woman's shoe that isn't black?

Love love LOVE these shoes! They're so comfortable for trail running and I couldn't be happy with the grip they have over rocks and lose ground. I did notice that the front of the sole already began breaking down after only 7-8 runs so that is concerning but otherwise great shoe!

Older feet are wider. It's just a fact of life! But you don't need to be over 60 to appreciate these shoes. They are very comfortable, without any slippage. Five stars were not awarded because the soles wear out pretty quickly.

Ladies' Peregrine 11 are a major improvement over Peregrine 10! I had to discard my 10s because they were miserably uncomfortable - painful on my achilles tendons and almost impossible to put on with socks. My 11s are comfortable, easier to put on. But what's with the wide toe box? They are a sloppy fit around my very normal toes. Other than that, they are great on all terrain.

I was looking for trail shoes to wear on walks in my community's foothills and day hikes. The shoes fit so we'll the moment I tried them on. I immediately felt good arch support which is saying something as I've had lots of problems with my feet these past couple of years. My Superfeet orthotics also fit into them. Took them on a trail to test them out with lots of uphill. Got a bad blister on both heels going uphill. Maybe I should of broke them in first on flat ground or maybe next time I'll wear the original shoe inserts and not my own. I was a bit surprised as they fit like a glove in the store. Hoping they wear better the next time I try them! Really want them to work. I lady stopped me on the trail to compliment them. I bought the bright blue and neon green pair. I like that the dust didn't cling to the material.

Good arch support. Soles are great in slushy snow and mud - good traction. Just what I was looking for. This is my 4th pair of Sauconys. I don't wear any other brand !

I have always ran in Saucony for my trail events ( 30 miles +). I love the shoes and I was a big fan of the ever run. These shoes tend to run very big. I was a 9.5 in the ever run and had to get a 8 in the peregrine. Just a heads up!

I really wanted to like these but they are too narrow and squeeze my arch (which then causes it to cramp). The sole is also pretty stiff. I ran in them a few times hoping I could break them in but no luck. Unfortunately now I can't return them because I wore them and the Wide sizes don't come in the cool colors :(

Grip is fantastic (the reason I keep coming back!) roomy tow box, not a fan of the upper material, doesn't flex smoothly, feel a bit like running barefoot (very hard underfoot) great for short distances. But wouldn't take them on a multi day event

I am primarily a road runner, but purchased these shoes to try out during winter weather & hiking. I usually wear the endorphin line, ride, and triumph. The good: They are very breathable and grippy. The not so good: The top portion of the shoe (in the toe box) bends in a way that is uncomfortable to my foot. I think it might be a "fit" thing for me. I would recommend trying them out at home before going out on a run, so that you can return them if they don't work for you. The colors are beautiful.

I have had these a little less than a year. They gave my feet awesome support initially but while the outside still looks perfect, the support is just gone. I cannot hike in them anymore. Foe the price, I expected the support to hold up longer.

Loved the Peregrine ever since the 8s. With 11, I was surprised to find my toes jamming into the end of the toe box on downhills since the previous models in the same size never did that. It was so painful that I couldn't even run steep downhill. I decided to do a comparison with a pair of 10s and sure enough, the 11s were significantly smaller. I had used the 11 GTX over the winter but never on a steep downhill so I didn't notice this. Just to be sure it wasn't my particular pair that were mis-sized, I compared both pairs of 11s. They were a match. So it's apparently the 11s that have been made smaller for some odd reason. I'm returning these. Very disappointed. Not the first Saucony with which I've experienced this size discrepancy among models.

Although comfortable right out of the box, the color was more magenta/fuschia is then a deep red/maroon. I can't find red hiking shoes to save my life.

Shoe has great traction for hiking and is light weight. The feel a little long for the size I ordered. Favorite peregrine was several generations ago.

I want to really like these shoes- but I don't. They feel clunky and narrow. I've tried replacing the insoles, but they are just awkward. I am not sure if it is because they are a trail shoe. If I could take them back to a store I would.

Not worth it after 5 months. Worn out. Great at first, then pain started. I am very disapointed. Long time Saucony user, first pair this has happened.

I purchased these from a local box store retailer and was super stoked to finally try them as have seen stellar reviews. I no longer trail run as have bad knees, but continue to walk/hike trails. They felt great on, and I noticed they were a nice snug fit, which I appreciated as have a narrow foot. However, I ended up with a massive heel blister the first time out. I eventually went back to them to try, hoping it was a one off. Unfortunately not. They are now relegated to use for running errands. I was so excited about these shoes, but ended up thoroughly disappointed. No other trail shoe I have ever owed over the years has performed so poorly.

Great Shoe when I purchased it. Extremely comfortable for trail hiking. I was thrilled with this shoe until the fabric at the heel started fraying after only 2 months. I had hoped the fabric would have been more durable for a trail shoe. I wear only Wright Socks specialty socks with the shoes but the fabric is fraying in both shoes at the heel. I am very disappointed in what is a wonderful shoe in other respects.

I don't get the great reviews. I've worn Saucony for decades and these are one of my least favorite. Narrow and hard as a rock, my feet hurt so bad I barely made it 20 minutes before ripping them off my feet. Ouch. Terrible shoe. 1 star for traction/grip.

I've run in Peregrines for years and just had to replace my last pair with the 11s. They're horrible. The toe box is wider. My orthotics no longer fit in them properly like the previous shoes. My feet hurt the entire run. The top laces apply an uncomfortable pressure. Why did you have to ruin the best shoe ever? I was a total convert when I tried my first Peregrines. They were the most comfortable trail shoes that I didn't realize what I was missing. And now this. Also the grey which they sold in my local running store look like clown shoes. So ugly.
