While it is vented, it is a heavier material that can be a little warm to wear.

My husband can't stand button ups but this shirt doesn't bother him 1 bit. He is out out in the field all day and it keeps him cool and is comfortable. And he looks amazing in it .

These are the only work shirts I own. They are durable and comfortable. They breathe thanks to the vents on the sleeves and on the back, which make them great in the summer. And paired with my FR Ariat vest is warm enough for Texas panhandle winter times.

This shirt meets all expectations from Ariat and more! The quality and cut of this shirt is exemplary. The standards it meets for FR is outstanding. My husband absolute loves Ariat brand and loves this shirt when he's welding. It does the job protecting him while keeping him cool. The FR style from Ariat is by far his favorite and highly recommended.

My husband has a dirty job. When he is the office or.meeting with clients or vendors, he needs to look respectable and well dressed in his position. Somedays he is welding or fixing machines and gets grease and soot all over him. These shirts hold up well to the demands of his job and last a long time.

Great fitting shirt with the vents that help you stay cool throughout the day in a hot environment.

Great shirt, vents under the sleeves and along the sides help keep you cool. The vent on the back also good for keeping you cool. Mine are starting to unravel a little bit, but then again I push around pallets of totes in a warehouse. Still a tough shirt, I keep pushing it to see how much it can take and so far so good. A bit pricey though.

The company I work for in south Tx got us a couple of these shirts. They are great in the heat! Size runs a little larger than other brands. After washing these shirts still fit the same, no shrinking. The zipper pocket is handy for the cell phone. I will be ordering more!

Not as baggy as some of the other shirts, fits great

Navy, large, worn intermittently for 2 weeks, then warm washed and tumble dried on low. I really like this shirt, but after shrinking it will have to take a back seat in my lineup of work shirts. This shirt is very comfortable, and maintains a professional, stylish appearance. It is not a thick durable work shirt, but offers decent working protection, ventilation, and comfort for sunny or hot environments. The fabric is soft, pliable, and the sleeves are different weave on top and bottom of the arm: the bottom of the arm breathes very well adding to the comfortability of the shirt. The vent is stitched in 3 places along its bottom edge across the back and doesn't flap about. I usually wear a size large-long to fit my shoulders and the length of my arms. Before washing, the shirt was loose fitting all around. After washing, it fits comfortably around my shoulders, but the sleeves have shortened significantly. and don't reach my wrists anymore.

Excellent new model. It got the safety cat II but also is fresh and comfy.

Tough, stain resistant,.but not the shirt to wear when its 90 and high humidity.

Bought a few weeks ago. I sweat and heat up a whole lot more in this shirt than i do in a cheaper rasco fr shirt. This shirt does not Breath like it says it does.
