Please with the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever put my foot and I will never order online again because every time I do the order gets canceled for whatever reason and no one seems to want to let anybody know

I bought these 6 weeks ago and wear them around the yard and pool. I decided to wash them in with the towels and ran the load on hot water. I did not put them in the dryer and THEY SHRUNK!!! I wear a size 8 1/2 and these are size 9 and I can not wear them any longer! Do not wash them ?.

Bought one pair and they were comfy but strap broke after second week, asked for a replacement pair, instead they refunded me the price paid then when I went to order same item the price was $10.00 higher So when I finally received the new item expected same comfort but they were stiff and really flopped as casual wear! Hurt my feet and legs!

I've never had a poor pair of shoes from skechers so I'm shocked at how awful these shoes are. Uncomfortable, tight, gives blisters, feels hard, the thong part between the toes hurts. So disappointed
