They came really stretched out. The strap around the ankle was almost un-wearable, which was such a bummer. I loved the design, but how the shoes were delivered was quite the disappointment. Hope we can get this sorted.

Soo cute but straps are worthless. There are not enough holes on the straps to tighten so basically your foot is a wobbly mess. I wore them for my wedding day and it was a major mistake. I probably won't ever wear these again because I've got blisters and ptsd from the experience.

Beautiful shoes but sooo uncomfortable! I love the look but with absolutely no padding in the footbed- my feet hated them! I paid more than usual because I liked the look but they were not worth the pain!

The item appears to have been previously worn. The sole shows marks and it does not look new.

I had previously read reviews on the shoes where it said about the front straps being very tight. I ordered two sizes thinking I would have a better chance. I could not get my feet into either one. The shape is very odd. Thanks.

I wore the shoes 1 time to a wedding. By the end of the night (once again the ONLY time I wore these shoes), the strap completely broke around the toes and sole started to come up as well. Complete waste of money and very poorly made.

Bought these for my wedding. I ordered the wide fit and I wouldn't say it's particularly wide. Seems like a standard fit to me. Being leather I'm hoping they'll stretch out a bit and work for me.

It was too tight and did not fit well around the front of the foot. I wore them once and by the middle of the night my feet were in pain.

I fell in love with these shoes but they literally fell apart after only 3 wears??? I love sam edelman because of the great quality of their shoes but these were the complete opposite of what I expect from this company

SO uncomfortable! the front toe straps rub against your foot/toes. i have 3 blisters from wearing them! They are not uncomfortable at all. the back ankle strap moves very easily as well. would NOT recommend buying them!

I purchased these heels for my bridal shower, i have worn them twice and they are falling apart. I love Sam Edelman shoes it's basically all that i wear but there have been a LARGE disappointment.

While they look cute these are by far the most painful and uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. 15 minutes into the event my feet were almost numb and the balls of my feet were on fire. Coincidentally two of my friends were also wearing Kia's and had similar experiences. Not one of us was able to make it past 15 minutes in the shoes and we all spent most of the night in socks instead.

I have a normal width foot but like to order wide width for higher heels to help increase comfort factor. I am usually an 8.5 in size and ordered this heel in an 8.5W. I have ordered many Sam Edelman heels in wide width and have always been delighted with the style and fit. This shoe was a huge disappointment. It was in NO WAY a wide width and in fact, I could not even attempt to put on the shoe as they were extremely narrow. My toes would not even fit under the toe straps. Very disappointed and sent back.

The gold metallic peeled on the inside of both shoes.
The bottom of the heel looked fine but the bottom of the foot was worn away after first wear.
Would never buy again! These shoes were $140

The show is beautiful and well made but not comfy. I ordered a wide becuase the strap is always pinching my toes and did not think it was wide enough to be called a wide. I returned and went with Naturalizer.

The fit was perfect, I loved the sandals, however the shoe must have been dry rotted. I wore the shoe for three hours and the leather straps tore and started to peel. This is the reason for the show I have them in Gold also for a wedding, I hope they hold up.

I got this pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday to wear them on her engagement party. During the party the heel of the shoe came apart and she had to wear her flats for the rest of the party. She and I were very disappointed and surprised if the quality. We believe in the quality of Sam Edelman shoes and to our great surprise this pair didn't make it even for a day. Very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe this particular pair was defective? It's very sad she didn't enjoy it on her special day!!!
