Shoes felt good but I will be returning. Sad to see the memory foam insole was not removable as it’s the worst insole one can wear in their shoes. I would have forced it out if not for the glaring problem that couldn’t be fixed, the laces. They’re rope like but way too short. They simply will not stay tied and because of their short length there’s no way to double tie them. If the lace holes were bigger I’d replace them with longer traditional laces but I can’t see a way to do that. The shoes construction seems spot on and it looks like it’d be a great shoe to have in the winter, lots of rugged tread on the bottom. With a couple of cheap fixes on Skechers part this would be a great shoe.

I bought these shoes for my husband and he loved them until he noticed a stain on his right shoe. Don't let get the black lining get wet.
His tan/greyish colored shoes got discolored and changed the color into patchy/spotty blue color. So much for water repellent.

It is probable one half the bottom are not any good my feet slip a little on wet ground. Bad buy.

After short hikes, holes wore thru both foam insoles. Foam insoles + cushioning feel less stable. Unable to detect air flow. Unable to detect ventilation thru mesh uppers. Memory foam insoles unsatisfactory. Replaced strings with longer ones.

Very dissapointed with these shoes, my husband wore them for 10minutes walking through a wet field and his feet were soaked through. More dissapointed with the customer support from Skechers - 'Unfortunately, this is not considered a fault as the shoes are not labelled as waterproof so it is likely that water can still get into the shoes.' ...
They are however described as 'water repellent' ...
DO NOT BUY if you want dry feet!!!!!
