Very stylish.Fits well.Comfortable .Well made.Had a previous pair for a long time.

These are simply excellent shoes. I got them for my wedding and couldn't have been happier. They looked great with my suit, were comfortable to wear all day, even without breaking them in beforehand. They are the perfect understated dress shoe for elegant occasions or everyday wear.

For close to 20 years I have owned the Park Ave shoe. The reason, timeless class and value.This shoe stands out, in every situation as a winner. Can't beat the craftsmanship. On average they have lasted me between 3-7 years per pair. Highly recommend....

Beautiful shoe. A little more pink and less maroon than the picture shows, but a pretty shoe none the less. The only negative I found is one toe cap was slightly askew - not enough for anyone besides myself to notice but still there. I'm sure I'll get a solid 10 years of service life before I need to have them serviced just like my others! (I rotate shoes such that I never wear the same pair twice in a week and keep shoe trees in all of them so they look great and have minimal creasing even after years of use).

I have 4 pairs of Park Avenues. They are my preferred choice when suiting up for business meetings. They look great and are very comfortable.

The shoes I purchased were 2nds but they were impeccable. You would never be able to tell there was a flaw. The attention to detail the shows have and the craftsmanship really do live up to the name. I'd recommend these shoes.

I'm 34 years old, and this is the first high-quality dress shoe I've owned. I must say that I regret having ever wasted my money on lesser shoes. Pictures don't do this shoe justice; in person every little detail shines, pun intended. I still need to break them in, but my initial impression is that this is a snug, but true-to-size shoe that should become even more comfortable with time. I am pleased to say that I have two more pairs on the way. Great job, Allen Edmonds - thank your workers for me.

I have an extremely difficult time finding good shoes due to issues with my lower back and hips and my knees. These shoes for some reason are the only dress shoes that don't seem to exacerbate my discomfort. I have these in black and dark chili and plan to get another pair in oxblood. The Dainite sole is a solid investment and has lasted me quite some time. Highly recommend.

After 15+ years of buying cheap dress shoes (and burning through each pair in about a year), I decided to make the investment in a quality pair of shoes. I wish I did this years ago! Quality shoes like the Park Avenues make a world of difference in looks and comfort. These are fantastic shoes. I have owned 2 pair of the Park Avenue shoes (Black and Oxblood) for 21 years. (I owned total of 9 pair of AE shoes.) I have used the AE restoration services over that time to keep the shoes in top shape as well. They are a classic shoe that can be paired with a suit, slacks or premium denim. The comfort and quality of the shoe simply can't be matched at any price. I have purchased and trashed shoes from a number of the other shoe companies for half the price and twice the price. You can't beat the value of an AE shoe. If you're just starting out in business, these are a staple of any man's wardrobe.

You need not look further, this it the best dress shoe on the market. I have tried more than i'm willing to admit, and this beats them all. I promise. Just click the buy button. I know, I know, you may be looking at the price thinking, "boy, that's kinda steep." For what you get, and for how long these shoes last, it's a deal. Problem solved. My only 'tip' if you will is to choose the custom sole and select the rubber bottoms. If you are a Chicagoan, New Yorker, etc. then the rubber sole is a must.

I purchased these shoes over 9 years ago (2007) I am a big/tall guy and they have exceeded my expectations for quality and comfort. I did have them resoled after wearing them weekly for 4 years. Not a bad investment at all. Shoes run true to size and prepare yourself to receive compliments on a timeless classic shoe

In my mind, the Allen Edmonds Park Avenue is THE black dress shoe. It's simplistic elegance is exactly what is needed in a black shoe. The cap is well done, the shoe is perfectly made. The durability of these shoes has proven to be excellent. I've worn them almost 10 times and they look like they could pass as new aside from the high shine I've put on them through some polishing. Outstanding high quality dress shoe. Can't go wrong with the Park Ave.

Eddy's are worth every penny and more. My first pair, black Park Ave's, I bought 16 years ago. They are never worn without spit shined mirrors. I have bought several pairs since. Love these shoes. Love this company. Love the craftsmanship. There is no possible expectation that AEs could not deliver. The best. Period.

These are pretty much the perfect cap toe. I like a sleek shoe to pair with a slim, tailored suit, and these shoes are perfect. Not too chunky, not too pointy. They feel really sturdy but are comfortable right out of the box. I hope to get another pair in brown soon
