The left boot has a hole or separation where the Stiching or glue meets the different materials near the lace holes. Not a great fit, I order/purchased wide but they are a tight feel. I will still purchase rocky boots because I have had great experiences with past purchases.

Very disappointing experience - cheap not-natural leather, boot started falling apart the second week of wearing. Surprised Rocky asks this price for such a marginal boots!

I tried to wear these for a whole week of work couldnt do it. Day 1 horrible, thought maybe i had to break them in. Nope. Day 2 worse and so on. Its as if you can feel different metal things digging into your foot at all times. Bad. I had to buy timberlands and give up on these.

My thing is this I spent hours on the phone with customer service people only to not get my order because of my payment method when the shoes was supposed to be free through a work program

Had to return. The left shoe was made different from the right shoe. Look like two completely different shoes. One shoe fit tighter than the other. One in-sole was missing from one shoe. Uncomfortable. Very cheap looking like it will fall apart quick.

I wish I could write a review about the product but I haven't received it yet. It's now 9 days after I ordered and no one can tell me where my item is. I first called in and they told me Fed-Ex had it and I would have to call them - so I did. FedEx stated they did not have it. So I waited another few days and called back. Then they told me it went USPS. I called USPS and they said they don't have it. Now I look and it says label created. Not scanned. The USPS tell me it's still with Rocky, but Rocky tells me it's with USPS. I ask for my products to be shipped another way and was told NO - I would have to wait an additional 8 to 10 days making it past the date I needed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even know where my package is and they weren't willing to do anything to rectify the problem. I will never refer or shop here again and I will be sure all the college knows how horrible my experience was so other students don't go through this same thing.

I bought these boots around December 1st 2019. I wear them only 3 days a week for work inside. Here we are after wearing them only 2 1/2 months and the shoe laces have already started to come apart. The right boot squeaks when I'm wearing them, and I'm sure the right boot is not far behind. I can't comment as to how waterproof they are because I don't work outside in them, but it does feel as though the insoles are made out of concrete.

I have worn boots as an LEO for over forty years, and these are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever had. I wasted my money on them as I won't wear them anymore.

I purchased your shoes and boots before . I was happy with my purchase. My last purchase were a pair of AlphaForce and stitching on the side of the boot came apart .

Nice looking boot but they do NOT offer extra wide sizes for those of us with wide feet otherwise looks well constructed... ADD EXTRA WIDE SIZES !!! Would recommend for people with regular size feet.

When I first put them on they didn't feel very comfortable but I figured they needed to get broken in. So I have worn them for a week now and they seem to be even more uncomfortable. The top of the boot is very loose, causing it to rub against my leg. I can't tighten them anymore to prevent this from happening. I would love to return them but since I've worn them for a week, I'm sure I can't

I've had Rocky Eliminator boots for work and wore them for about 10 years with no problems. My first pair just wore out, and the heel started squeaking as I walked. I had a second, brand new pair that I put away when I retired, and I decided to throw my original pair away and switch to the new pair. I was thoroughly disappointed when I opened the box and noticed black pieces of the sole laying in the bottom of the box. I carefully examined the boots and it seems that the rubbery material that makes up the sole was disintegrating around the heel. I could literally pull on a crack and it would fall right off. This unworn pair has been sitting in it's box since new in a closet in my home at normal indoor temps. This is unacceptable and I doubt I will be purchasing Rocky boots again.

Sizing was small.. I'm sure they are a good boot, but their 16 wide was not wide enough for my foot, very tight around the toe box. So the search continues.. ugh

I bought these boots a few months ago. I work a desk job for the most part, and wear them every day. The laces are not good, as I had previously read about, but my main concern is the toe on the right boot seems to have dried out and has begun checking. Supposedly these boots are easy to shine, but this does not appear to be the case. Further, the sole is beginning to separate from the upper in the heel. I had high hopes for these boots, but I am beginning to get disappointed, and I now have concerns as to the waterproofing.

I bought a pair of these boots over a year ago in my normal size and extra wide. The size was small so I tried to order another pair a size larger 10/2015 they were sold out I was told they would be in stock in 12/2015 never showed up then told they were going to arrive 2/2016 never arrived then told they would be in stock 3/2016 never arrived now they no longer carry extra wide. had to buy a pair of wide. They may be wide on a child's foot but they are what other companies would call standard. Very unhappy not even willing to go through the hassle of sending them back instead I will throw them in the trash and right it off as a lesson in doing business with a company that obviously don't care about their customers.

Even the wide boot is tight and squishes my toes causing blisters but a regular timberland boot fits fine I wish u made a extra wide boot in this style I'd rather buy a rocky boot instead of timberland but I have no choice now

I bought these about 3 weeks ago because my other boots (different brand) had worn out after several years of use. I decided to try a new brand, so I chose these because they looked nice and had he features I wanted.
On the third day of wearing them I had huge, painful blisters after moderate use. For one, these boots do not breathe well AT ALL, so all that moisture stays trapped inside the boot. The other thing is that the reinforcements on the sides of the boot and the shank in the heel area are not covered quite well, so they rub uncomfortably which again leads to awful painful blisters.
I have worn tactical boots like these for about a decade now, and yes, I understand that all new boots need to be broken in before they can really be comfortable. But that breaking-in process has never been so painful or so difficult, and I blame the construction of the boots themselves. I will not buy Rocky boots again, and neither should anyone else until they redesign them better. I'd request a refund if I could.

I bought these boots about a month and a half ago and have wore them maybe 10 to 15 times and the left boot keeps pinching my foot ,very uncomfortable to say the least. I would not recommend these boots to anyone.

I work for the post office and have worn these 3 times now. Allthough they have great traction and the bottoms are comfortable on your feet, there is some kind of hard plastic on the inside heel that digs into your heel...The pain is so bad after 3 days I cant wear them anymore, terrible blisters on the inside of my ankles...ive even tried wearing 3 pairs of socks and its just to sharp, unfortunate because i really like the style...
