I love them, I am very impressed with the quality, took only about a few hours of wearing them to "break them in", I did immediately put in Spenco work insoles so that probably helped a lot with the comfort, so I would recommend insoles. For me they were true to size, I'm almost always safe buying size 11, (i also got the wide version) I would recommend getting the wide version if you aren't sure if you need it, Overall these will be great for work!

This is the first time I bought shoes from Zappos and absolutely satisfied. Fast delivery. Great package. The shoes fit me perfectly and look great although they are safety shoes (rather than a fashion shoes).
