These run a half size smaller than the previous wave rider. I am typically an 8.5 in sneakers but in mizuno size up to a 9. In these, I needed a 9.5!!! Size up for sure! Personally, I don’t feel that these are as stable as the wave rider 23 that I wore out, but are still comfortable.

I had to return the first pair for a half size larger but this pair is great. Its comfy and snug, This is my first experience with Mizuno and I am not disapointed

I’ve worn Mizuno Wave Riders for many years and have owned several pairs. I’ve always worn a size 10. I ordered a 10 in the Wave Rider 25 Waveknit, and it’s a half size too small. Other than that, they are very comfortable. Unfortunately, I have to pass this pair to my daughter. I wore them for a day, so they couldn’t be returned. I wanted to order the 10.5, but they are out of stock. Definitely order a half size up from what you normally wear in Mizunos.

I've always been a Mizuno running shoe wearer, my favorite being the Wave Inspire 15, but can no longer find. I'm a size 7 but 8 in Mizunos and these still felt too small. Tight around the toe box. I really loved the way these looked but I'm about to start training for a 1/2 marathon and these will not cut it.

Seemed nicely made and liked style but I was surprised at how minimal I think the support was.

I’ve been running in Mizuno Wave Riders for most of the last decade - just updating to the latest model. Overall happy with this shoe, but as others have noted, they run very small. I typically wear a 7 in most shoes; wear a 7.5 in other Mizuno shoes; had to go up to an 8 in these. Size up so you can avoid having to return them!

A half size larger fits well but the toe box on the Wave Rider 25 is a bit smaller than on the previous versions.

The right shoe feels small compared to the left. I have worn Mizuno's for years and have never had this experience. I like the style and the width but am questioning the length on the right.

These shoes run very small! I wear a 10 and they felt like a 9. Really like the style but recommend going up a size.

I have worn this style for many years and here is what I didn’t love about this version: the tongue is now attached to the sole like other “sock-like” shoes that I’ve seen before. This is fine however with running shoes I felt like the shoe fit too tightly against the foot and I like my running shoes more roomy. They also felt closer to a 7.5 as far as size went and I always run in an 8.5, again for the extra space. Anyway overall they are cute and comfy but too tight and run too small.

This shoe fits EXTREMELY small. I am normally a size 7 in casual shoes, and a size 7.5 in running/walking shoes. I got the size 8 and it is still small. I wish I got the 8.5. Be warned - order at LEAST one full size up, if not 1.5 sizes if you like it roomy!

The tongue had no cushion. Very disappointed because of price I paid and past quality was much better. I will rethink buying this brand again.

I loved the way these looked, but the fit under the arch and where the insole meets the side of the shoe felt strange, kind of lumpy in weird places. I was bummed because the toe box felt spacious while the heel fit nicely, not wide. But the lumpy feel under the sides of the foot was a deal breaker.

Wave and Wave Mesh are not the same shoe. I ordered the wave 24 in my normal size ( I have owned 2 wave series shoes). the shoe is now a rounded toe so i needed a 1/2 size larger. The more pointed toe of the old shoe had more room. wave 24 was not available in my size so I ordered wave mesh 25. This shoe is not the same. The sole does not have the wide platform under the balls of your feet, the foam is too soft and the inside is slivery so going down slope your foot slides in the shoe. disappointed.

Have been wearing waveriders for years and they have always been a delight to wear right out of the box. Sadly will be returning these because the toe box is too short and tight.

I always loved my mizuno wave riders. Been wearing them for 7 years. Mizuno changed the wave riders and now they don't work for me.

This is my go-to running shoe style. This model runs way small. I would have needed at least a whole if not 1.5 sizes up.

Nice looking shoe and wide width was good but arch is to high for me and heel seemed like sit back. Not a good shoe for me.

I really liked the look of this shoe and ordered a half size larger since that's what others had recommended. Unfortunately, it was still too small. Since I had ordered 3 other brands at the same time, rather than send these back and reorder, I just returned them.

Wish I read the reviews.... definitely run too small! I don't know why they can't just align with standard shoe sizes. Returning!

Fit and size were fine... just hated the color... its not red, not coral, not pink

The insert that holds the foot on top of the arch is uncomfortable and a ridiculous design !!! the stitching on the side are rough and can be felt through a sock the running shoes do not need a girdle to hold your foot. I wear a medium width and this was tight and very unconfortable.
