Great cruise wear

The shoes are great as expected. There is just one issue that has been driving me crazy: the bottom sole is not glued to the insole. There is probably 1mm of separation in the bottom of the shoe and the outsole that makes a funny pop with every step that I take. This issue was apparent from the very first wear, and at this point I don't know if I can continue to wear the shoes despite how good they look and how great they feel otherwise. I don't mind regular shoe sounds, but this is unbearable. Now I'm forced to consider options like baking or microwaving to try and get the sole construction to bind together and eliminate the popping. Simple quality control measure overlooked.
