Customer Reviews Madewell Stovepipe Jeans in Leman Wash

I've recently ordered eight pair of jeans and these are the only ones I kept. The width of the leg is the problem. I wanted straight leg to get away from skinnies. The returned seven pair all had leg widths to large at the bottom and I did not like the way they looked. Some were too long to be ankle length. These jeans fit true to size and are even short enough for me. The fabric has so much content that is not cotton that they don't really feel like denim jeans, but like a softer, more synthetic fabric. I've read this will make them hold their shape through multiple wearing, but don't yet know if this is true. Still don't know what Stovepipe means here.
