I bought a couple of masks and I've been wearing them every day since mid-June. I really like them, they're comfortable, nice and they let you breathe well. Some cons are: that with time the fabric loosens, when you talk and because it is not so tight it moves so you have to be adjusting it with your hands, also the edges start to have threads.

I bought two of these, and they're light, comfortable, and roll up neatly to be pocketed. They also look great (if you can say that a mask is attractive). The caveat I have is minor: At least on my face, the bottom of the mask tends to catch on my beard and so as I talk the mask slowly lowers more and more until it slips off my nose if I don't adjust it. It's fine when I'm working in a server room since I don't have to chat there, but out with friends and the like it can be a minor problem. A slightly tighter nose fit or some stabilizer would solve it. But I think it's not a problem for most people and I've recommended them to many.

I found it a bit hard to find out which size to get. I read a review that said if you were a woman, the small would probably be fine. I got two and they were too small they slide up or don't cover my chin. I think it was my mistake for ordering a size too small. I can still wear it, but it rides up. So get a Medium. I think the small is more for tiny faces/kids.

I read a few people who have had issues with glasses but I have not. I have plastic-framed classes so they sit more on my nose and they do a good job keeping the air out. The mask itself is nice and fits well. I wish the back ear straps were a bit more sturdy though. They look like they will stretch. Still, this has become my go-to mask. One note though: I used the bag once and the mask stunk like plastic for a few hours. Not worth it!

A nice comfortable mask. As others have noted, if you don't have a flat-ish nose you may not get a seal around the nose, leading to glasses fogging and possible safety issues from flow bypassing the mask. What they could consider offering is a $15 version that has a shapable nose piece like some of the other fabric masks. Or some creative sewing that creates flaps of material that fill the triangular opening created when the fabric bridges the tip of the nose and the cheek.

Lightweight comfortable fit! I work in an industry where I have a bit more potential covid exposure - It would be AMAZING if the masks came with a few more layers or a filter insert option for increases protection

Love the fit, with different sizes, and the material is comfortable. It's thin enough for a hot day, and it doesn't feel icky when it gets sweaty. I just wish it was a bit more breathable, as it can sometimes get stuffy.

I have purchased three (black) masks -- two medium and one large -- not sure which fits best, to be honest as both feel OK. Though while they are very comfortable (especially like the breathability) my one complaint is that when talking they pull down off your nose. This is a function of them fitting underneath your chin. Not sure if a "talking" mask could be a thing, but it does get a bit overwhelming to keep pulling a mask up over your nose while you are trying to have a conversation.

Pro: This is the most comfortable mask I have found - very breathable and great for athletics. Con: Totally unusable with glasses/sunglasses. My sunglasses begin fogging badly with the first breath. I am currently trying to find a mask with this comfort and breathing ability and a nose seal. Also, I cant wear for extended periods because it hurts my ears - the ear pulls are not adjustable. I really wish Atoms would make a version with a nose bridge and adjustable ear loops because this mask is otherwise by far the best mask I have found. And I do not mean that as a backhanded compliment. For activities like grocery store trips (indoors, relatively short time wearing), its great.

Used these for several months now. After washing them after every use now though they smell pretty bad and it wont go away. Ive tried different detergents. Ive tried drying for shorter/longer periods. Smell issue exists in no other masks from other brands.

Love the masks but my first order all came with great strings. Do I have to order separately? Dont see it

I bought two black masks. They fit all right, I got a small and they are very form fitting. I have washed them twice already but every time I wear the masks they leave black coloring on my cheekbones. This happens especially when I have makeup on. Overall these are a good product, the color transfer is a big negative for me though.

I ordered 1 medium mask and I loved it so I ordered 2 more. The 2 new ones are significantly bigger than the 1st and are too big on my face.

I was gifted an Atoms mask and bought more to share. The masks that I order smelled toxic and can not be worn. I will try to launder I hope the smell disappears. Perhaps the production standards have changed. My first mask was odor free and purchased months ago. If your sensitive to these toxic chemical odors I would recommend a cotton mask.

I read the back story about this company and was so excited to buy masks from Atoms and support the company and their cause. I bought a total of 6 masks, one purchase of mask in size small which I felt was a bit small so I gave it away; one purchase of mask in medium which I felt was too big so I gave that away, and then I bought four masks in size small in my last purchase because it was the only option that made sense. As it turned out, the small was a fine size because as I wore it I noticed that it did stretch out a bit and began to fit fine. But here is where the disappoint started - As I would wear the mask the nose portion of the mask would not stay in place. I find myself pushing up on the mask just to make sure that it covers my nose. The mask is made of quality materials, but the style is not good. The area around the nose needs to be more supportive, ergo, consideration should be given to restyling the mask to include a more rigid area around the nose so as to the keep the mask in place around the nose. Honestly, I wish I had not bought four masks on my last order for the reasons stated above. And sadly, as many people as I had recommended this mask to initially, I would not do it again.

Loved the fabric and design. Followed the size chart to the T and my measurement indicated XS. But its too tight. You can see the ear loops are stretched from my photo. And the loops pull my ears forward. Making it uncomfortable. Ill have to order a size up but worried it wont fit again given that the chart wasnt helpful the first round.

These would be great if the sizing wasn't confusing/off. Apparently medium fits the average adult, but for me it's gaping at the bottom and sides. I don't have a small face and actually have a larger than average head. So, disappointed I wasted $30 on masks I can't really use or return, but at least they donated two.

For all of you noting that when wearing this mask your glasses fog up, its because there is NO seal around the nose and upper cheeks area. Either ditch this mask or buy the adjustable metal nose bridges and stick your own on. No excuse for Atoms to make this mask with that poor a seal.

let me preface this review by saying that a version 2.0 of this mask has the potential to be the best everyday use mask on the market. Where it is lacking: The mask needs a nose piece to seal completely on your face. A piece of aluminum like the kn95/n95 would do wonders. The bottom portion of the mask is a bit small, it doesn't cover your chin enough to provide a complete seal on the face.

hi there! The material on these is great, but it's important to note the cover on your nose is not that tight, so you will definitely get air coming in on that end. Also I ordered mediums for my boyfriend and I. We are tall people - 5'11" and 6'5" -- yet they are too big! Seems crazy we would need smalls, but there you have it. Go smaller when you order especially since these will stretch out over time.

To start, these masks fit well (and are easy to resize with a couple of stitches), and are very comfortable! I wear mine with glasses, and I dont have issues with fogging. However, after a couple of weeks (wearing about 6 hours/day for work), the mask fills the pores on my nose and chin with material - which isnt the end of the world, but it means I have patches of black on my face for the rest of the day after wearing it - it really only happens where the mask is right up against my skin. Ive tried washing and drying it to no avail, and my partner has the same problem. However, I still recommend these masks - the wearing experience is great, you just need to give your face a scrub after wearing it for long periods.

Bought a couple of these based on the recommendation of my tech leader, Jon Gruber of daringfireball.com They are quite comfy and roomy, but as a fellow glasses wearer, I wish Gruber would have let us know that there's no metal strip to create a seal that prevents fogging up.

It does not seal at the nose enough to wear with glasses unfortunately. The quality otherwise is excellent

The mask was fine for outdoor activity. Had good breathability. Like that the ear loops didnt irritate like the bands on other masks. However for indoor use it was not good. I work in an office with a headset. The mask made my voice muffled when talking on phone and hard to hear. Kept sliding down even with my glasses on. I had the medium size on. After 2 hours I switched to non surgi mask. We are mandated to wear masks inside the office.
