It was all fine but suddenly they started smelling bad, didn't have this issue with Allbirds.

I would order these in a minute but I know they will crush my feet. Make them at least 2E and you'll have a new customer.

This is what I emailed your founder, who never replied: Hi Waqas I submitted the form. But wanted to give you more detailed feedback. Sorry to tell you this, but the manufacturing quality is so different between my smaller shoe and the larger one that after only two wears, I am putting them in the closet and probably never wearing them again. Basically, the shoe that is smaller by size feels lose, and the largest one feels tight. Note: this difference was *not* detectible when I first selected the shoes (and mailing the spares back) because something in the manufacturing process means that they actually wear differently once you are on the street. At home, putting them on, they feel OK. But then (after you have mailed the others back and) you walk a few blocks, the differences become obvious. But by then, its too late to change them! If you look at the shoes closely, each one has a slightly different shape. Maybe this is due to whatever you guys did to achieve quarter sizes? Not sure exactly, but the back of the shoe has a different curve and the front of the shoe has a different quality of looseness. Regardless, the whole Aroms promise failed in this case, so these expensive startup shoes are less useful to me than an ordinary pair of shoes at half the prices. When I bought the shoes, it was right before a trip to Asia. I had bought the Atoms intending to take them with me. But after the first wear, I was uncertain if they would be comfortable so left them at home. Several weeks later, I took the shoes on a work trip and gave them their second wear. But they were significantly less comfortable than the old pair of trail running shoes I had also brought, so after the first meeting I just wore the trail runners and threw the Atoms back in my suitcase.

I have big and wide feet. I got my size and after a couple weeks of wearing, they are already worn out.

The size was right which was nice but the shoes themselves were really uncomfortable. Gave up on them after a few days.

No support. No cushion. No comfort

I expected the shoe to be more comfortable. Not worth the price.

Really wanted to like these, but cannot recommend them. Walking in them every day after 3 weeks always made my feet hurt and gave me blisters. The insole is VERY firm and doesn't provide enough cushion and support.

Not worth the $180. I bought these for my son for school. In less than 2 months time the the rubber that "connects" the material and the sole is tore up. They look horrible. The $70 Adidas shoe I bought him in August of 2018 still look better than these 2 month old $180 Atoms. :-(

Not as comfortable as I want and over-priced for what you get.

The soles are already peeling off the shoe! Hes only worn them 3 weeks.

They feel cheap and plasticy

Atoms are incredibly narrow and don't fit at all. For shoes at such a high price point that are sold specifically on fitting better, these won't fit anyone (no size of them will) except those with exceptionally narrow feet.

I got these shoes for my husband anniversary but Im really disappointed because not even a month in the shoes seal came off the bottom specially that I paid $179 for I had shoes for only $50 bucks that lasted me years

They felt and looked like every other shoe on the market and are way too expensive.

1) Not actually helpful to have to chose quarter sizes outside of a store without someone to help. (It's like going to the eye doctor...sometimes you say "Yes! 1 is definitely more clear than 2." Other times you say, "Hmmm...I'm not sure..." The second is my experience with trying three different quarter sizes and I don't know if I got the best fit for me.) 2) My left shoe shifts to the left and only half of my heel is on the sole. Got suggestion from customer service that I may have heel pronation so they said to tighten it (they were very nice and quickly responsive). But tightening the laces is too painful and hasn't really helped. 3) By tightening the shoe, I have painful red marks on the tops of my feet. 4) The laces are annoyingly long. 5) They are too expensive for all these problems so I'm probably going to be buried in the damn things rather than spend money on other shoes. Pros: They look AMAZING. The right foot is pretty comfortable if it's not tied too tight. Very easy to clean. I did like receiving three sizes at once. The system for trying and returning is seamless. I'm sad that I hate them.

I dont want to give my Atoms a zero, but I cant recommend them. At first they felt great, but after a couple wears something was off. Its as though my foot is no longer centered over the shoe. The soles of the shoes feel like they are moving out and away (to the right and left respectively) and the material/fabric part of the shoe is now left-center/right-center. Ive never had this issue with a pair of shoes before. I have as normal a foot stride as I think one can have (full disclosure: Im not an expert in this dept.), but it feels like my heel is going to roll in when I take a step. I really like the style of the shoes and the material; something seems to be off with the construction or design (at least for my feet). Thank you for sending them to me so quickly and letting the return of the extra sizes be so seamless. Regards, Robert Dienst

They look fine in the pictures, but then on the feet they look much more "geriatric". Anyone who appreciates sneaker design and the history of cotton canvas to fly-wire would think the sole is too think and the outsole too rounded.

I returned the shoes weeks ago provided proof that return was received, and have still not seen a credit on my credit card statement.

Horrible customer service, I had defective insoles that shrank and you will not replace them

As gorgeous as these shoes are, they are very expensive and the fit is bad. Wouldn't want to be responsible for doing that to a friend.
