This is really a ten, but then again, it really depends which friend. I have friends who would simply never pay such a price tag for shoes (no matter how amazing), which reduces the likelihood of me making the recommendation.

Nice shoe but not as comfortable as I thought they would be for the price.

My son really likes the look and feel of the shoes. Placing the order was an ordeal though. The website kept crashing at the payment stage. I gave up after the same issue on two separate occasions. A week later he asked me to give it one last shot and it finally worked.

I love the comfort 10/10 I love the ease of use, the expanding laces 10/10 I love the style 10/10 After using ATOMS for a while, it seems they're becoming a bit more loose. I'm considering getting a pair one size smaller next time. Durability of the sole: I'm a bit concerned, as it already shows first signs of usage. I'm normally walking a lot :) and have been buying Ecco shoes for years now. No option for Ecco to show any problems, even after many years of heavy walking (8 miles+/day). And I'm a big guy.

Limited color selections.

Love the fit! My reservation is that the color and style selections are quite limited.

The buying experience was great. I liked receiving 3 and finding the perfect fit. I chose a shoe with a .25 difference i can genuinely feel the improvement. Everything about the shoe is comfortable and amazing BUT I gave a 7 because the soles move regularly. Ill put my foot back in and it feels uncomfortable and now each time I have to move the sole into place. After its in place, its fine just a hassle I have to do this. :(

You sent me the wrong pair. I ordered white soles with black top. Also, the soles seem to be a bit fragile with regard to wear. Shoes are comfortable though.

The shoes are great! The lower score is more so on my part as I should have chosen .25 bigger in one of my shoes. Still love it!

The shoes look fantastic, however there a few issues with the design and materials: - the white walls around the shoe are difficult to spot clean because they are very porous - the back inside the shoe has begun to wear and a hole is beginning to show - the current price point feels a bit steep so it's unlikely I would purchase another pair, even though I like the shoes overall

I love the shoes, and they are very comfortable. But, I'm concerned about how the bottoms will wear. They developed wrinkles after about a week.

The bottom part of the shoe already looks cracked and sad. Not sure whether the shoe has enough of a cushion compared to other premium shoes

To soles of the shoe wrinkle and look cheap. They are comfortable but at that price point would expect this to get improved.

The shoes are great, I'd give 9 for just the shoes: they fit well and are very comfortable. I like that I can size them very accurately. Putting them on and taking them off without tying laces is a pleasure. Thanks for that! However, I think the pricing is too high and I have deducted 1 point for that. I was initially considering 7, i.e., deducting 2 points for the price, but that seemed too harsh considering that the shoes are a complete pleasure to wear. I'd really like more color/design options but what you currently have is a great start. I am seriously considering the grey ones but I don't see my right fit available right now. Please see if you can bring down the price to $150 or $120 and it'd be great.

There is no "wow" factor from the sneakers. In person the material and feel of the product of a lesser quality than I expected. The reason for above average on the review is that I appreciated the option to try the 3 different sizes and ease/simplicity of the return. Looking back if on it, if I just received the one and it didn't fit correctly, I would have returned it for a refund without trying to find the proper fit.

The service was first rate, and so is being able to choose shoes in my finely graduated sizes. They look pretty good too. They are comfortable for casual wear but not as supportive as I need if I am doing long days of walking.

Well you refunded my money. I bought these as a gift for my brother who was really looking forward to them. They ran very small and he had difficulty getting an exhange and later the refund.

You forgot to ask a question...what was I eating? The shoes? The shopping experience? Likeliness to recommend the shoes to someone else?

As much as I love them, they are really expensive. I was also disappointed I didn't get the right sizes I asked for in email. I was lucky the 10.5 fit me well.
