The delivery times were completely inaccurate. You had to manufacture my size 11.75 and it took 3-4 weeks. The advertised delivery time said 2 days. You did however finally get back to me after two emails to let give me an update on my order. They are fantastic shoes! Please improve your shipping notifications

This was the most comfortable pair of shoes that did not look like a sneaker or a sport shoe. Not to mention that I could custom fit it for both feet rather than comprising on one.

Design is meh; comfort is gold standard.
