It's true, they are very comfortable. I like my sneakers to be tight and I wear orthotics. The shoes work fine with the orthotics and the elastic laces are a dream for keeping my feet snug but not overly tight. It's a huge bonus to be able to slip them on and off and never re-tie them. Great shoes! I asked Atoms to join the facebook advertising boycott. They responded that they received my request and said they would consider it and get back to me. I have not heard back but it's been less than a week. They were really pretty responsive to my requests to try 3/4 sizes and when my package appeared lost for 10 days. So, I will recommend them with this caveat about their response to my request for them to exercise some social responsibility with their advertising dollars. It remains to be seen whether they will pull their ads from facebook.

PROS: My wife got me a pair as a Fathers Day gift. They are light weight and comfortable. They are a very simple looking shoe from a style perspective, but that makes them very versatile. They work with shorts, jeans or pants. I can seem them working well in an office context, too. The design is great and the cushioning is fantastic. They are super soft and my feet dont feel tired after walking a few miles in them (which I have done multiple times). The elastic laces allow you to slide them in and off...but I tend to unlace them. CONS: The only drawback for me is that the first time I wore them...I wore them with no-show socks. The shoes banged my Achilles area pretty badly. I havent had much of an issue in subsequent wearings. OVERALL: These are supremely comfortable. I have recommended them to multiple friends. These are excellent shoes. A wonderful gift.

I've told just about every family member and friend I have about these masks! These are tough times we're living in, but having such a comfy breathable mask makes it much easier.

As someone who enjoys buying shoes for different occasions, these are by far some of the most comfortable pairs Ive purchased!! Ive worn them all day and feels like Ive just put them on.

Tim has to stand all day at work and the shoes he had before were not good support. I came across your ad of FB and ordered. Love the masks too. He is not complaining anymore and loves his new shoes!

1st pair were damaged. Returned & reordered. I adore the new shoes. I have long, narrow feet; always between 8.5 & 9 (womens US). Not only did 8.75 fit perfectly, but they required no break-in. I always have to break-in my shoes (sneakers, sandals too). I definitely want another pair for me. But Im also collecting sizes to gift. Theyre truly wonderfully comfortable shoes. Cute too.

I was looking for a pair of everyday casual, comfortable sneakers - so glad I discovered Atoms!

I bought my Atoms 6 months ago. I wear them everyday and cannot believe how comfortable and well made they are! Its true about the shoelaces, I tied my shoes six months ago and havent had to tie them againgoodbye double knots!

My husband loves them and so do I!

Probably most people have feet that are half a size different. I have struggled with this forever. One shoe is flopping around or has multiple inserts. The other shoe may be too tight and hurts my toe. I decided to try Atoms, and I am delighted. Each foot has a shoe that fits. They are very comfortable in addition to being stylish. I am going to buy another pair in a different color. Their staff is helpful and answered questions on a Sunday. I didn't think the website was as clear as I would have wished. The staff made up for that deficit -- and then, I am 78. The only other thing is that I wish they would have more styles -- sandals, etc. I highly recommend them.

Cool I like them

I have been purchasing very expensive walking and running shoes. They worked for years to allow me to walk and stand at my job for 7 1/2 hours. Foot problems, which I will not detail much to your relief, have brought new issues. The adjustments that can be made with the laces have made all the difference in my life. These shoes are what I have been hoping to find. Bonus, they are not ugly. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

I got my first pair a few days ago and am pretty amazed. The shoes are very comfortable - almost slipper like with very soft/forgiving soles and stretchy uppers that flex and move with my feet. The black/black color I shose to give me flexibility to wear them in dressier situations - Im not sure how thats going to go as they clearly arent that dressy. Itll be interesting to see how these wear given the softness of the sole as well as how the softness feels when worn for longer periods of time. Im sheltering in place so not really wearing them for long periods of time yet.

This shoes are amazingly comfortable, I do not want to take them off! The quarter sizes are a great touch too, they fit your foot perfectly! Can't recommend enough

I bought these for my boyfriend- he loves Atoms and owns a bunch. The black and white combo was a color he didn't own yet and they look very sharp!

I bought Atoms for my husband for Fathers Day, & he really likes them. Theyre comfortable & he can wear them with just about everything in his wardrobe. Every thought & decision that goes into making Atom shoes, is worth what you pay & more. Appreciate the details & taking our environment into consideration. This wont be his last pair!

I have been wearing my sneakers for a few weeks now and absolutely love them! I am between a 9 and 9.5, so I ordered the 9.25 and they fit like a dream. The laces are stretchy so once you tie them you can just slip them on. The black and white is classic and goes with everything. I highly recommend these!
