Used their measure guide, my measurement is under 5.5" and there is no way i can loop it around my ears. It's way too small for adults and should be advertised as for kids size. Ridiculous with their no return policy since it's not properly advertised with their measurement method.

I couldn't return it, and now i lost my money....

What a complete waste of time, money and energy. This is one of the worst products I've ever purchased. Oh and the best part is they are non-refundable, Sure glad that useful fitting chart was available. I wonder if I can get a tax credit as a charitable donation.

I had measured carefully per their sizing guide. Size Small runs way too small. I contacted Adidas, and they would not correct/replace this. What a waste of money.

Poor quality, sizing is completely wrong and doesn't fit. I have the black ones that are perfect and these are a complete different sizing as I have the black one in the same size and fit perfectly t but the blue are way too small and don't fit on my face. Adidas no won't help me and get back to me even though it's a fault with the product

I would not recommend these face masks since the sizing is all wrong. The sizing on the masks' page says that if your face measures 5.5" or less you are a XS/S. My face measures 5" and the XS/S is too small and tight for my face. And since it's a PPE it can't be returned. I will not be recommending Adidas to my family or friends for their any face mask needs.

Adidas needs to make them bigger. Size large is too small.

I'm so disappointed. The black model came in nice.

Although the fabric is great and much more breathable than other masks, we received defective masks that were not sewn together properly. When I contacted Customer Service, they would not send another set, but offered "a full refund as a one time courtesy." There is no way these will hold up to washings if the sides are not sewn together. If you look closely at the sides near the ear loops, the fabric is not sewn together, but is roughly cut with a scissors. Unacceptable!

The mask is too tight compared to the initial drop, they pull on your ears way too hard. The first drop was a normal size L these were M/L sadly just too tight due to that reason. Should have kept the sizing similar to the first drop!!!

I am not a large man, but this supposed M/L mask felt small enough to rip my ears off. With no returns or exchanges, it was a complete waste of money. Pity.

I bought two sets of these. What a waste of money since you can't return them. Feels like it's ripping my ears off. HORRIBLE SIZING. DO NOT BUY!!!

Tried to get a refund but understandably this item is not refundable. However I truly believe the sizing of this product is defective and should not be resold. I believe on this basis I am due a refund.

They should make bigger masks since these almost left me without ears, and unfortunately they didn't take me away therefore I lost my money

I ordered the XS/S first, because I have a small head. Those were way too small. So I had to buy the size up (can't return obviously) but I had high hopes. These fit the face much better but the ear loops are too short, pulling on my ears pretty bad. I've been wearing basic medical facemasks, and I can wear those all day without any discomfort. But these Adidas masks hurt my ears within minutes.

Ear straps are too short and make this very uncomfortable to wear. Customer service have no interest.

Minimum stretch to the earloops, cheap material rips when looping. polyeurethane smell doesn't wash out after repeated washes.

Not big enough on the elastic bits around ears, doesn't fit my dad who is 73, need a bigger size

I wish adidas will research a little more about the face coverings, and improve the quality.

There are plenty better masks out there. This mask fell apart the first day of using it. It's very poorly made and the material is not stitched together well at all. So unfortunate and unfair that this trash cannot be returned or refunded.

2 of the masks in the 3 pack were too small even though the label was the same for all 3. I was expecting masks to be larger since I ordered a M/l. The largest one was even tight around the ears. The two smaller ones didn't cover my nose and chin at the same time. Since the masks are not returnable, I will donate them. So disappointed since I expected better from Addidas.

Purchased these and it took about a month to get them. Plus some how I ended up getting small, which I don't recall ordering, but I could have made the mistake. At any rate, in my opinion small is way to small for an adult. If you're an adult on the fence get the larger one, because because there's no returns or exchanges. The quality is okay. I've seen much worst masks and much better. For a brand like Adidas I just wish some of the finish was better.
