Why are the sizes the same but the actual fit is different. Who decided to do that?

I was excited that these masks were back in stock. I ordered the M/L size. Delivery of product was quick. I am disappointed the face mask does not fit my Adult face (the M/L is more for a teenager). I realize can't return the item(s) due to the "no refund policy"...I just wish the masks came in a larger size of L/XL.

Way too small for an adult. I don't have a big head and it's too small. This should be a child's mask. Sucks because it seems it'd be good to workout in. But unfortunately I won't be able to use it and it's non-returnable.

Size m/l is too small the ear loops bend your ears forward so you end up with ears like sloth from the goonies . Need adjustable straps.

Bought the masks for my wife who has a fairly small head/face and based on the size recommendations they should fit; however only the vertical fit (nose to chin) and the ear loops were too short. With the no refunds policy for masks and the price, it would have been nice to know how long the ear loops are. That being said, my impression for potential buyers is that these masks are intended for older children and younger teens, not adults (even ones with small heads/faces)

Quality is good of mask. Ear holes sizing and quality (very thin) is poor plus no X- large size is pretty sad and unexpected for Adidas

The Large/medium size is too tight. Also finding that when you talk, the mask slips down off your nose. Adidas need to make a larger size. Also would be good if they had more variety of designs. Not just the football themed ones.

Get the right size when ordering. The label also quite annoying.

Bought these masks for my 11 year old and they are far too tight/small. Have returned for a refund.

The mask feels good quality and is soft but pulls too hard on the ear, actually folding mine over and I'm quite normal, I don't have an unusually large head. So as you won't accept refunds they are a total waste of my money.

Quality is good, but needs to have a larger size for adults and certainly needs a wire to the bridge to help reduce fogging when wearing glasses.

Nothing more to say. Would have expected a better quality product. Says wash, dry, reuse on the mask itself, first time I did just that, they broke. Very disappointed

It says that these masks are for "medium/large". I wouldn't consider my face that big but these are way too tight. I appreciate they are meant to be tight, but the earhoop is tiny and uncomfortable. I get why there's no returns on these, but I basically have to dump them cause they are so uncomfortable. Be aware if you're after a "large" mask. It gets 2 stars cause the material feels ok, and if it fit, it would probably be decent. But the size is a killer.

Great quality but don't fit need medium or large either one or the other

The biggest size is M/L is not big, I am average face adult size and can't stand them long, it squeezes and hurts my ears. I got 2 packs of 3 masks each expecting to give one to my husband but Not a chance they fit him. It needs to be bigger in the elastics. I could not get them back, returns are not allowed even when I never opened 1 of the packs. There is no option online. Wasted money.

Looks nice but the straps which go around your ear are a bit to small and pulls too tight on ears

After a short time it felt like my ears were getting cut off

The style is nice but sizing is more fir kids than adults.

I like the first purchase i made (black face cover, M/L). But this second purchase (blue M/L) is too tight for me, and hard to wear with my hearing aids. and one of the face cover, the garter for behind ear is smaller on one side. And I can't return it anymore because i've cut the tag and already put it in the laundry before it's too late.

This particular mask is not something I would recommend.

Straps too short, constantly slip off my ears. Even with a mask extender on, these are too tight and uncomfortable.

I liked the material, appearance, and filter pocket of these face covers, but they were very uncomfortable to wear due to the elastic around the ears being far too tight and the shape of the mask flattening my nose. I'm well under 6' tall and don't have a huge head or huge nose so I expected the "M/L" size to fit, but they might still work if you've got a really small nose and/or really small head.

Too small - received large mask but the didn't fit.

Designed as an athletic mask but does not stay about the nose as soon as you start moving even slightly vigorously.
