The flashfilms fit great and provide plenty of support. They are very comfortable while also providing a great stance for lifting but still flexible enough for light running especially during WOD's.

This style of Flashfilm training shoes are awesome! I bought every color possible... They are comfortable to do short runs in, train at the gym, or stylish to just wear out and about...

There is a pleasant feeling you get when you stand in these shoes. They provide firm and gentle support without (or with a minimum of) that foam cushioning, which makes them perfect for the gym. These are the only flat shoes I own that feel this comfortable.
