It does have a very rigid arch, but that's exactly why I loved this product. With very flat feet and feet that roll in, these are the only shoes that can keep my feet supported and keep them from falling inward.

I am a big fan of Vionic for their supportive shoes, and have several pairs now. I'm glad I ordered several pairs of flip flops and could see what a range they have in fit and comfort. This was my least favorite by far. The insoles felt very hard, and it was too large of a fit. I like the style and would consider buying in a smaller size but I got another style that cost a little more that had a much softer nicer feel.

I always take a size 8 in Vionic sandals however these run at least 1/2 size smaller than other Vionic sandals I have purchased in the past.

I always buy a 7 in Vionic sandals despite having a wide foot. Couldn’t get my feet into these sandals. The sandals look very cheap, like a pair purchased in the dollar store. The sole is very thin and the straps look like they are made of plastic. The way they arrived in the box they were clearly returned by someone else already. This was my first extremely disappointing purchase from Zappos and Vionic.

I have narrow, flat feet: the straps are very wide and the arch support is VERY high and rigid...strained my foot just trying them on/ standing on them. Incredibly uncomfortable! This might be comfortable for someone with very highly arched, chunky feet.

I don't know what's going on with this shoe but the arch support felt like a big Orange. I love my vionic shoes for their perfect cozy amount of arch support but this shoe has too much arch support in the wrong place for my foot. The arch support is a little too far forward and it's huge. I'm sure someone out there will love these because it fits their foot perfect but not me. Also what I do not like is the footbed is very firm I would almost say hard, instead of some degree of softness.

More narrow than other Vionic flip flops/sandals. I have wide feet so my favorite is the Vionic Tide.

They were too loose on my feet. The strap between the toes is too long and since the sole is molded, they don’t feel snug. Returned them.

The sandal straps were wayyyyyy to big/wide. Could not keep the shoe on my foot. This was obvious to me that this pair was a second. I tried this shoe on in a store and the straps were NOT like this.

THe shoes are beautiful and should have been comfortable but the arch support was much too high and hard. So sorry to have to return them.

I love the Vionic brand of sandals. I have purchased many over the years. I purchased this style in my regular size and found the straps too tight over the arch and the foot bed was too short. I returned and ordered a 1/2 size up, and that was a better fit. But the support under the arch of both sizes was very different from all the other Vionic sandals I have bought in the past. It was very uncomfortable, and felt like I was standing on a rock. I liked the style, but could not walk in them. Will be returning the second pair also.

The arch support was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! It felt like walking on blocks of wood in the arches area. I LOVE Vionics but these were terrible, I'm sorry to say.

I bought these for my friend who suffers with plantar fasciitis. She has several other pairs of Vionic shoes (as do I) and she was thrilled to get these. Upon opening her gift she immediately put them on and remarked about the great arch support, and soft comfortable feel on her foot. I'm pleased with the timeliness that they arrived too.

Very good fit and very nice looking.

There are attractive and true to size, except too wide for me.

These sandals were a pretty color and style, but nothing like any Vionic sandal I have worn. I have always worn a size 8 Vionic sandal and these were narrow, short and uncomfortable with very little arch support

The foot bed of these Vionic sandals are very narrow, but the straps are very long. Would be great for fat feet.

I’ve had to other pairs of Vionic flip flops that I’ve lived and pretty much worn out. These don’t fit the same at all. Sad.

the shoe does not fit well at all. the "hump" where the arch support is feels misaligned and is way off from where it should be.
