Review of Women’s MBT Sport 3X I rated these sneakers 4 stars because I am still on the fence. I purchased size 41 which was suppose to correspond with US size 10. I walked about 500 feet and my toes were banging against the front of the shoe. I thought this version was suppose to be wider than the last, and it was just a tad too narrow which I could forecast would be a problem over long periods of activity. The arch support was moderate although I did replace it with my orthotics and it was just fine. The cushioning was not plush to me, but this was never advertised. They’re kind of firm. I wanted to love these sneakers which were recommended by my podiatrist. I still want to love them so I am returning them for size 42 with the hope that they are just right and not too big & with hopes that they are not as narrow as size 41. There was no option to elect a width like “medium or wide” although I did see this on another website. As clunky as the sneaker is, they’re attractive for a bohemoth of a footwear. Not clumsy at all - - to me anyway. They look exactly as advertised.... Reviews are great, and you really have to try anything for yourself.

These shoes when you take out the supplied insole have a inside sole that is shaped like a washboard with sharp edges. No wonder these shoes were uncomfortable. I reported this issue to Zappos.

These shoes fit perfectly and feel good. I have worn MBT shoes in the past. If you have ever had plantar faucitis then you know the pain you feel. MBT shoes will cure it completely, I have worn them for this purpose. They do take some getting use to as they do not walk like a regular shoe and they really work your legs when you walk. I love these shoes.
