Returning this product. The toe is made less rounded and they are not as comfortable.

Not enough cushion on bottom of feet.

After a couple wears they lose shape. Seems like the shoe is made of cardboard.

I am embarrassed to wear them because they squeak so loud when walking on hard wood or tile surface. Love the look hate the squeak

I have 9 pairs of hey dudes and love them. These shoes are so comfortable but THEY SQUEAK WITH EVERY STEP. Was so excited to see different styles but I guess I will not get lost when I wear these.

Super uncomfortable, even when attempting to exchange for a larger size.

The squeaking sole is embarrassing.

I washed my coconut white Carina sneakers in cold water 2 weeks after purchase. And after that they shed through the colored lining. I'm very disappointed with the quality, because it is such expensive shoes for me. And now shoes are already impossible to wear and look terrible.

I purchase a pair of the Karina in the cream color and wore them less than 5 times and they started coming apart at the seam. The only way to contact customer support was to send an email. I was close to the non return/claim and I could not get any response from CS. I then contacted paypal and submitted a claim and they reached out to Hey Dudes customer support and gave them a couple of weeks to respond. Thankfully paypal gave me a refund after no communication from Hey Dudes. I love their shoes but was not happy with the customer support therefore, I probably would not purchase from the site directly. So disappointed.

I never received the shoes, poor customer service

Customer service was terrible. Shoes Never got delivered. Called to remedy, item was sold out. Last time I order.

I purchased 2 pairs of these shoes in 2019. I am hard on my shoes so usually go through 2 pairs a year. They are adorable and somewhat comfortable. Once Covid hit with production issues etc. it took until 2021 to order new pairs. Once the 2 pairs of shoes arrived I could tell how different the canvas and comfort of these are. Maybe they used a new manufacturer however these new shoes are not at all comfortable, they are much wider and the canvas looks cheap. I now regret buying 2 pairs because I am now stuck with shoes I won't wear

I never received the shoes I ordered. I was told they were: 1) out for shipment 2) wait on carrier that was experiencing delays 3) out of stock 4) lost in transit (although never picked up) Hey Dude customer service told some lies, obviously. By biggest issue was that they stopped emailing me after my first inquiry. I waited nearly a month with no reply & never got my shoes. Terrible communication. & customer service.

They were not as described, and when I reached out I was told I was wrong and they wouldn't do anything about it. In the description it says its a leather sole like the slip on shoes, but they are cork. Customer service was rude and not helpful. Done buying from them!!

I still have not received these shoes after placing the order on April 12th. It is now May 9th. Customer service is absolutely no help and you can not call anyone.

NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM!!!!

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes and yet to receive them. This has been about a month out. I'm getting worried.

The left shoe is bigger than the left. Disappointing. Cute shoe

I returned my shoes to hay dude and never got my refund back. I am still trying to fight with them and this has been since July 2022. This is so crazy and I am not happy with them. Love the shoes but do not like the costumer service is not great. They keep telling me the same thing that they have given me my money back but I do not see the payment back on my card.

If you want to pay about $20 a month to rent these, they are great. They only last about 3 months until they are completely worn out. At 5 months old they will have zero traction and look like you have had them for 3 years. As far as comfort goes they are great but durability is an epic fail. I am looking at other brands that have similar styles.

This shoe runs really small. I have another pair and the sole is SO comfortable, but the shoes run small.
