I love Hey dudes but I won't use this site again. Shoes were too big so I sent them back. It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my refund

This shoe is incredibly comfortable and lightweight! My new favorite shoe, I want one in every color. I wore them for the first time on a hiking excursion in Roatan - my feet were so happy! Customer service was amazing also. My first delivery was stolen- I contacted Hey Dude and I received the replacement within 3 days. Super friendly and speedy resolution.
