These boots were very disappointing. More so as they have great qualities: The ReGen midsoles are insanely comfortable for a workbook. The weight is insanely light for a safety toe boot. And they look cool to boot. But, why? Why?! Why would Keen, the shoe company whose signature style is a wide toe box, ruin these otherwise amazing boots with a standard, narrow toe box? I returned these and got the Portland instead, which are also light and I like the way they look, but cost $100 more and don’t have the ReGen midsole, and don’t have the modern sneaker-y look that I ideally wanted in a new pair of safety toe work boots.
