Absolutely hard and barely any cushioning from insole. Feet ache before the end of the day.

The Shoe. So beautiful. Size wasn’t right. I grew over the past year, I guess. So am using my old one. Can they be replaced. I,ve hardly used them.

The size fit OK just inside rubs on your feet and creates blisters I wish there's more softer padding on the inside top of the shoe

This 1st pair I purchased (13, 2E) felt snug so I sent them back and the next size (14, 2E) up. The shoe fits and is somewhat comfortable but the main challenge for me is the toe box. My big toe and a couple of the small toes are rubbing up against the composite toe box and over time, the shoes become extra uncomfortable. Trying other tactics to make the shoes wearable for my full shift but will be looking for another brand.

I wore these for 2 1/2 hours. I had to change my shoes because they were bothering me. I thought they would be much wider than they were.

Bad

I am extremely disappointed in these shoes! I ordered them at the end of July. My son told me they were comfortable and he really liked them. I found out that my son had to glue the soles together at the beginning of September. In October, he had to duct tape them together. You can see in the pictures that the tread is barely worn. I purchased these shoes because of the Keen name. They were not cheap shoes in price, but apparently are in product.

Causes toes to arch upward which is extremely uncomfortable.

I currently have Keens 10.5 size shoe. Needed just a little bit bigger size. ordered size 11. Its the same size as the 10.5. Also Keen Shoes quality is lacking compared to the older ones. In the future I will be ordering a different brand.

Very stiff shoe. Curves your toes upwards, painful to wear for long periods.

Shoe was very tight and not returnable. Lesson learned.

Feet pain like no other. Feet burning after 3 hours of wearing this shoe. Insane pain . Never felt pain like this in my 35 years of existence on this planet.

I don't like how the white gets stains instantly.

I can’t rate the shoes because I’m still waiting on delivery. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday, then changed to today. Now the status is “delayed”. Not real impressed with Zappos right now.

The shoe was not for me. There was something in the shoe that caused me to get a bad blister on my Achilles heel within less than 30 minutes of wearing the shoes.

Way too small, I requested a size 9
