Fit and size were perfect, but my arches are too high for most shoes and this one was no exception for having too little arch support for me. But if you have normal arches this will be a very comfortable and stylish choice.

These felt wonderful straight out of the box, no break in required. I could work all day in them and absolutely loved them. However, after a couple months, they only felt wonderful for about an hour or so. If I have to take another pair of shoes to work and switch out during my lunch break, it isn't worth it. Even a trip to the grocery store and out running errands had my heels hurting after awhile. Perfect shoe if they would "live" longer, but in the long run, they just aren't worth it for me.

Feel good, light, just a bit bulky for my petite body and I felt it weighed me down (look-wise) a bit.

Fits a little wider, especially in the front, but the laces fix most of that… They are cushiony, but not as soft as advertised… not great arch support but there is some… I like that they have a higher heel so I don’t feel like I am walking on the ground, also good for additional height… overall like them because of the styling…great for walking, but definitely not for running/jogging…

It was tricky to pick a size. Each style of the Sketchers lace ups varied greatly in fit. I wore anywhere from a 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 . Thought this style was very comfortable and ran small .

The sneakers feel supportive, but I haven't gone on a walk with them yet, so time will tell. Right now, they are a little tight around the toes, but I expect that will loosen up with wear. I thought they would be more cushiony than they are, but perhaps I have unrealistic hopes! All in all, seems like a good sneaker.

Skechers Max Cushioning Elite sizes a 1/2 size bigger than my Nike running shoes and my foot swims and surfs in the shoe. With the first step my heel came forward a bunch. I don't have fat feet but regular size B a bit on the narrow side. The toe-box of this shoe is a lot larger than Nike, which I don't mind if it's a bit big, because Nike runners athletic shoes can be a bit tight. However, this shoes toe - box is too big for width size B Zaappos recommended the same size I wear in Nike, but if I buy Skechers again I will go a half size smaller.
