I live in the Pacific NW and was looking for waterproof walking shoes for my dog walks. I had a pair of these in the early 80's and couldn't remember much about them, so I decided to give these a try again since they were on sale. WOW, am I happy I did. They are comfortable, warm, and waterproof. They have non-slip tread and check all of the boxes. I read the reviews and ordered one size down. Even with warm socks, the fit is perfect. I'm wearing these more than I thought I would. Love them.

Love these shoes! Perfect to slip on and take the dog outside during the winter.

I should have ordered a size down as suggested by LL Bean! I wanted shoes with which I could wear thick socks, but even with thick wool socks these are large for my feet. My mistake!

Slips on and off easy, very comfortable and good traction.

I originally purchased an 8 after reading that you should size down . The 8 was too small so I returned and got a 9 which is my usual size. They fit comfortably with room for a thicker sock if it's a colder day. I had a pair of these years ago and loved them . Happy LLBean still makes their classic boots .

I love these shoes so much, I just bought my second pair. And I don't even remember how old the first pair is. At least 15 years. They really hold up well and are so versatile. Perfect for rain and mud when you don't want to wear big boots. Just slips these on and go! I did order a size down, based on others comments, and I'm glad I did. They fit great.

A little big but with nice thick warm sock, they fit perfectly. Nice for walking in light snow days. I got the yellow and grey, not as bright as in the picture. Ending up being a real nice color.

Second time buying and still like them. They are sturdy and comfortable all year around. I wear a 11Narrow in general but these I wear 10Medium and use a medium to thick sock. I can slide in and out of them quickly.

I was given a gift certificate and used it to purchase these Moc. I thought I saw them on sale a short time later for $80 plus dollars. Wished I would have waited. I need to purchase thick socks to wear the Moc in winter, that will be my next.

I bought a pair of these in 2004, and they are going strong. I needed a second pair to keep at my friend's house. So I expect the new pair will be as good as new 20 years from now.

Couldn't pass up the bargain, they were on clearance and I love the pink. Best shoes for keeping feet warm and dry. And they match my LLBean pink sweatpants and sweatshirt.

Perfect for walkng in rainy and muddy Seattle trails

These shoes are just the best! Are usually wear a women's eight or 8 1/2, and I ordered these in there been size 7, and they fit perfectly. The lace around the shoe can be pulled tighter or looser to adjust the width and grip on your foot. Mine are wonderful. I can slip my feet in, but they don't slip out when I walk and I can wear them everywhere. They kept my feet dry today in the rain. Good tread, but rubber is slippery. All in all an excellently shoe, and very good value. Love that they're made here in the USA in Maine. I also have the similar tumbled leather 8" boots, and adore them both.

I have a 10 year old pair of these in navy that I have worn for years. Although they are great trail walking mocs offering good arch support, I wanted a new pair for "dressier" occasions like going out to lunch, grocery, shopping etc. as my old ones were showing wear although structurally sound, warm, and comfy. The size isn't marked on my old pair and I am normally a size 8. Molly in customer support checked and recommended a size 7 which I immediately ordered in that size. They fit great. I did order the fleece insoles in a size 7, but received a size 8 which fits perfectly. When I indicate they are true to size, I mean in the smaller size that I ordered with the one size larger fleece insole.

This is my third pair of rubber Mocs, prior pairs have lasted more than 10 years each - they are nearly indestructible! Well made, great design, they really do the job of keeping my feet clean and dry. And they are really easy to clean - just hose them off. Best yard work and barn work shoes/boots ever. I also really like that they are made right there in Maine.

As the title says. My feet do not fit into the smallest Bean Boot. Needing these for many puppy housebreaking trips outdoors in Upstate NY in fall. I went to the LL Bean Store and a women's size 7 regular width fit me great with light socks. Of course your mileage may vary. The style is exactly the same in the right color. Hope it helps. I've bought these for my daughter over the years and looked at them for myself but never purchased. Finally I did and am so happy. They are so comfortable and stylish, love the blue color combo and keeping my feet dry is a super plus! Don't buy the knock offs.... the LL Bean is the best fit and comfort.

I first ordered the full boots, but had to return them due too they were just too stiff against my legs, but the foot part fit great (the return was very easy, however, they did charge me $6.50 for a handling fee). I then ordered the mocs and I love them! They fit fantastic and keep my feet warm. Please pay attention to the sizing information as I normally wear a size 6 in womens and so ordered a size down (5) and they are still roomy with normal socks! If they had another color in my size (they don't), i would order a 2nd pair.

I've been "drooling" over getting a pair of these for years.

I wear size 6 shoes and the smallest size in these were 6. I ordered the shearling insoles and they worked out better than I hoped. Now they fit like If I were wearing heavy socks. Plus extra pillowy cushion is wonderful. I wear them all fall winter and spring when its cold, rainy, muddy or snowy and couldnt be happier.
