I was hoping to find a navy duck shoe, and surprised myself by picking the brown and chartreuse color combination. Turns out, it functions as a neutral and seems to work fine with my casual wardrobe. We just moved to the country and I'm glad to have a waterproof slip-on shoe for outside tasks that don't require a full boot. Bean's notes on sizing are correct - I didn't take their advice to size down 1 1/2 for half sizes and ended up having to exchange them for a better fit. Overall, a great purchase!

Make sure to order 1 size under. They tend to run large.

Obsessed! I have them in regular width and wide of the same size, one for barefoot and one for up to thick socks. I wear them to work. They're supportive and comfortable, more so than all the high end tennis shoes with orthotics I've tried. Best shoes I've owned yet!

They run large especially in the width. However they are adjustable via the leather ties. Wear with socks for best comfort. They look good and the rubber sole has a great tread.

Runs a bit large. So nice to have when running errand or going walking the dog.

I typically wear size 8, downsized to 7. Love these shows. My last similar pair are now 30 years old ... still have them to wear but need to seal a tiny tear on top with clear gorilla glue. You just can't bear LLBean shoes,,,

Sturdy, CUTE, sleek, practical, comfortable AND RELIABLE!!

These are comfortable with med to heavy weight socks. I can wear them at work all day, and they excellent for super rainy days when our parking lots and sidewalks become small rivers and ponds. Functional and cute at the same time with jeans, khakis, or casual slacks.

The sizing recommendation worked great. My 7 aligned to a 6 perfectly! Maybe they should just re-size to what they really are... No one is wearing super thick socks! A great product!

My favorite shoes! They run large. Size down one size and don't forget to tighten the ties after you put them on or they will not stay on and will feel too wide.

I was skeptical about ordering a size down as suggested, but I took the advice of LL Bean and am so glad I did! These shoes fit perfectly with thin or thicker socks due to how easy they are to adjust with the laces. I had a pair of Bean boots back in the 80s that I wore for over ten years. I'm so glad I finally ordered a new pair.

These run extremely large. I wear a size 10 and had to get a size 8.

I've wanted a pair of LL Bean Mocs for ages. Finally the stars were in alignment and I found my size, in the perfect color combo, with arch supports. I'm in love with them! I wear them to work on cool rainy days with thick socks and plan to take them on vacation. My surprise is that I normally wear size 9.5 shoes and found size 8 fit the best.

I followed the ordering instructions for size, used 1 size smaller than usual, and they fit perfectly.

These iconic shoes are just what the doctor ordered!!! I've worn for years spring, summer and fall . Great for walking my dog in the spring rains and in summer in the dewy grasses and through all the Fall leaves!! I wear with & without socks! In the winter I switch over to my rubber "duck" boots and still get the same dry feet! The best part about these shoes/boots is that once the heel is worn down you just simply send to LLB repair department and they will resole at about 1/2 the cost of replacement!! My old "duck shoes" are there right now and I bought a new pair as a back up! LLBEAN you are the BEST!!!
