Bought them for my daughter and she loves it! We had an issue with the first pair and had to exchange it. The process was quick and easy.

After 4 years the sherpa lining is wearing out in heel and big toe area. I would love to buy a replacement sherpa insole, but none seem to be available. Iwould love some help on this. I wear my slippers every morning and they are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. Any suggestions?

These moccasins are very snuggly and nice. This is my second pair. However, unlike my first pair, this pair has a label inside each moccasin right in the area near the instep and it is not a nice soft fabric label. So, to me, it was very irritating unless you are wearing socks. I was told by customer service that if I cut the label out, it might void the warranty. So I returned them.

I am updating a previous review. I bought these and the Wicked Good Camp Moccasins at the same time. These are amazingly beautiful and well made. I initially bought an 8 (which is my normal size) and had to return for a 7 as they were much, much too large. The 7 came in, in this style, and was also a full size too large. (the camp Moccasins were fine in a 7). LLBean tells you they are "true to size" and if you wear a half size, to go up to the next size. What bothers me the most is not only the time that it takes to send something back, but that I was charged to return these as well as the other pair - I honestly believe LLBean should either check their sizing or stop advertising them as true to size. I gave my daughter the size 7 in these as it just wasn't worth the time or the money to return them a second time- she normally wears an 8 1/2 or 9 shoe and they fit her with socks.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE LLBean products, they are always well made and their customer service representatives are wonderful to work with, this is just a disappointing and costly problem. I did order another pair of the Camp Moccasins for myself.

This purchase was my third pair of these slippers. The heel is lower than it used to be, which for me with back issues means, I will need to wear them with an insole to get a bit of height. If I didn't love these slippers I would have returned them.

I really needed a warm pair of slippers and these fill the bill. Since I usually wear a 9.5, I ordered the 10 and they work for now. I just hope they won't stretch out and become too big.

Bought these to keep my feet warmer and stay on my feet better than my old flat style slippers. They do both very well. However, as noted by another reviewer the leather ties keep coming undone so I ended up cutting them short so I won't trip over them.

Great moccasins but ordered my size and too big. Disappointed. Will have to return and now you are out of the color I'm returning and will have to settle for a second choice. Hoping the next size down isn't too small.
Would tell someone about sizing if I recommended them.

My wife wears a size 9 normally, so I ordered a size 9 ,they were to big returned for a size 8 ,they fit but to narrow, so I had to return. But the quality was very nice.

The flannel pair started to lose fabric after one week of wear, so I returned them for red leather. I love how warm they are and that they mold to my feet, however, yesterday I noticed that the fur on the left slipper was caught in the sewing on the tongue area and that makes them look cheap. Photos attached. I hate to ask for another exchange, but I'm disappointed in the quality of these.

I first went with your rec to order the size up, but it was too large. Then I ordered my actual size, but it slipped up and down on the back of my foot. Very disappointing. It seemed that it was too short at the back. I loved the pair I have had for some time, but it is, alas, worn out now.

The most comfortable slippers I have had in years. I will buy these again when my current pair wears out.

this slipper is very warm, and the fleece lining is great. Attractive color. i wish the rawhide tie would stay in place. i also wish it had more cushioning in the footbed, but since i got these on sale at a very good peice, it is worth it.

These slippers are top-of-the-line! They keep your feet warm and are comfortable. My only beef is I have a wide foot and these slippers run wide (I ordered 9 Medium), so I have to keep tying and tightening them so they won't slip out of my feet.

I am generally a cheapskate, buying the least expensive of just about everything. My first pair of Wicked Good slippers was a birthday gift many years ago from my mother-in-law, who bought the best of everything and was anything BUT a cheapskate!
Since that pair wore out, I have bought myself a pair of these slippers every two years for my birthday. It is my one Big Splurge. I believe that this is my seventh pair! I love them and wear them constantly three seasons a year.
My only complaint is that over time, they "grow." When they do, I just add a pair of socks. Machine washing and air drying them also results in just the right shrinkage (or "fluffing"!). I'd buy the next whole size down, but I fear that they'll be too small. I wish half sizes were offered!

I wear a size 6 1/2, due to llbean recommended half size order up, I bought these slippers in a sz7. They were huge and floppy. One was bigger than the other. I had to return them. I needed a good pair of slippers so I tried again, ordering a size under my first try, a so 6. Still floppy and slipping off my heal. I paid to return then and tried one last time exchanged for a size 5. My toes press hard against the ends. Very uncomfortable. I give up. I did read a few people said they loosen up over time with wear so I'm going to try to put up with the pain for a few weeks and see if there's any change. If not, I will have to see if I can return them and just be done. Another thing about them is there's no cushion in the bottom. They need a memory foam footbed or something also they should offer half sizes. But I'm sure if they offer memory foam they'll raise their price by another twenty bucks and they are are already way overpriced. I won't buy them if they raise the price any more.

Great slippers -- but the soft, cuddly cuff was sewed down and couldn't be pulled up to warm my ankles. So I sent the slippers back and got a refund.

I have purchased these slippers for a second time. I love them and the quality of the shoe is great. I even wear these slippers outside. I will continue to by these and definitely recommend these to anyone looking for cute cozy slippers.

these are so nice and well cushioned. I did need to return them due to no half sizes.. My regular size was just a bit too tight for comfort but not enough than a larger size would work.

Because the slip-ons are no longer available, I ordered the moccasin, ordered recommended "1/2 size up," a 10. Returned for a 9. Lovely red, soft sides, good fit. I would highly recommend more shearling for the whole interior foot padding. Feels like I am walking on the hard tile floor itself.
Otherwise, I like these and will keep for toasty warm feet with socks for padding.

Loved my gently worn blue sheepskin slippers with rubber soles for about 1-1/2 yrs, until one day I noticed that the rubber sole had split in 2 horizontally. I contacted LLBean asking if they would cover the cost of repairing the split sole. Instead they sent me a new replacement pair which arrived within 3 days. Love LLBean!

I really like this slipper, and have worn in the past. However, it now feels as though it is cut for a man's foot. Although the length is correct for a 7, the mid-foot to heel is extremely wide and I walked out with each step. Sadly, I had to return them.

Women's wicked good mocs have been an L.L. Bean staple in my life for the past 30 (?) years. I have never had a problem with the sizing and have always taken a size seven. I normally wear a wide shoe, but never needed it in these slippers.
Now that they've added a choice of medium and wide, the sizing of the slipper has changed. The seven, in both medium and wide (i've ordered both) is too short for me. In the past, the size eight was way too big for me; but obviously if i want these slippers, i'll have to try it.
L.L. Bean, why did you have to go and fix what wasnt' broke???

I have bought many pairs of Wicked Good Moccasins over many years. Most things are still good about them. But with the last 2 pairs, the leather where it is stitched around the top is very stiff with rough ridges at the toeline. The older ones had a softer leather that made smoother stitching that doesn't rub. I'm considering returning these new ones, But for many years the older ones were just great so I am reluctant to give up on an old stand by. I hope LL Bean can address the rough stitching.
