Took a few years of hard use, but finally wore out the first pair. Wore them on snow packed driveway to trek to the mailbox, wore them in dew soaked grass to burn the trash. Wore them to walk to the barn. In short, abused them! Takes a short time for them to mould to my feet, and when they do they become the most comfortable "slippers" ever. Now if only I could wear them to work!!

I just bought my second pair of these slippers and still wearing the first pair. They are excellent quality and fit well. They run true to size as far as length and width. They keep your feet warm but not hot. I wear them year around and find them comfortable and easy to walk in outside.

I love these slippers! I'm into my second season with them, and they still look great. They were a little snug at first, as the card that was included in the box said they would be, but once they conformed to my feet, they were perfect! Cozy, warm, and fun. I didn't think I'd like the sole (I had an old pair of "wicked good" moccasins with no sole, which I really liked), but it's nice to be able to venture out to the porch occasionally without changing shoes. Love the red color, too!

I bought this a few weeks ago because I've last one I bought was a size 10 and I really enjoyed it. The size seems to have changed a bit so it is a bit big but very comfortable.

Seems to run small. Usually wear a size 8 and these were snug.

Have been buying these slippers for over 25 years. Quality is good but not what it used to be at all for a much lower price.

This is my third pair and I love them for their warmth and coziness. Taking off a star because the suede ties NEVER stay tied, creating a trip hazard. I would just tie them in knots and cut them but it's nice to be able to adjust them based on socks or bare feet.

They were well made and very comfortable, however, I am a size 9 1/2 and got the 10 which was recommended, but I have to put wall inserts because they were too big!

I've had these slippers for 8-9 years. I bought a 9 medium and usually wear a 10. At this point I can't remember why I did that but they have always fit so well (I wear them in the house only and without socks). I agree with so many other reviewers about the tie though! Once it unties from the factory tie it just does not stay tied and I've tripped a few times. Safety should always be #1 with a shoe and I hate to think about how horrible it would be for an older person wearing this, tripping and falling and sustaining an injury that's really difficult for them to come back from. This flaw really needs to be addressed! It's definitely worse when the slipper is new. For those that have this slipper, maybe try conditioning and rubbing the leather lace to give it a bit more friction. Tie it tight with the shoe off and in your lap then check it periodically to see if it's come loose.

I like almost everything about the slipper except the rawhide tie on the top. It simply will not stay tied and I repeatedly trip on the tie.

This is my 3rd paid of wicked good moccasins in as many decades. The older pairs held up better, don't deteriorate as fast, but they're still keepers. I'll forever buy these for myself and as gifts for loved ones. Picture of my pup snuggling my slipper cuz it's just that comfy!

I just do not like the tie on the front. It keeps coming undone and trips me.

I love my moccasin's fabulous design and I love that they are made from authentic materials. The only thing missing was that I didn't check the fur around the edges and now realize there was an error on one side. The fur has been cut too close to the edge and visible. However, even that did not make me want to send them back, as I know their policy absolutely allows. I love them in spite of this!

Good product, as usual, but shouldn't cost more than $40.

Well, I am slowly breaking them in! My right shoe is bigger and flops on my foot! The left is okay. LL Beans quality has change somewhat. It's like someone with a wide foot has been wearing the shoe, then returned them and they rebooked and sent them to me! I have had several pair over the years , but this is my last pair I will ever buy

They are fluffy goodness as usual, but the style isn't quite as nice as it used to be and the size is HUGE. I'm a 9.5 so dutifully ordered a size up - they fall off my feet and catch on the stairs sometimes when I'm going down. Not great. I don't have an easy way to exchange them, though, so I guess I'll wear them with socks. Still lovely warm, though.

This is my second pair of these slippers with the same issue. I would give 5 stars if the shoe strings would stay tied. Right off the bat, they come untied. Poor design that continues to be utilized for years. Maybe it's time to explore other design options.

Made well, warm, but a little tight in the toe area, purchased size 8, perhaps I need 81/2.

I bought a pair these moccasins for my wife augmenting the pair she has and loves. The new pair initially felt great, but we are noticing the left slipper is rotating a bit on her foot. Could be her foot or the slipper. ?

I have worn 3 or 4 pairs of these to the bone over the last 12 years. They are wonderful, and I love using them when backpack camping to wear around camp, or when coming in from chores to wear about the house. However, through all these pairs, they have never had a good leather tie. The tie is not supple, and over time easily breaks - both, I suspect, as being an indication of poor quality leather. And I know a few things about leather as an owner of a large Quarter Horse and cattle ranch.

Laces come undone. Otherwise, they're comfortable. You wouldn't want to choose any other slipper!

I have worn these slippers for many years. I wear out a pair each year and buy another one for myself for Christmas. They are by far the best slippers that I have ever worn. I would give them a 5 but the leather laces can come untied. I cut them shorter and tie them tight.
