Has a gell ball where the arch is to support it, soft on the inside, and is actually a size 14 as advertized. Most websites say say 14 and then have the shoe measuring 12inches. When you need shoes measuring 13 and a half, get LLBean over any other site

Well made slippers. Rubber bottoms are perfect for quick trip outside.

I just purchased these slippers for my husband as a replacement to the same exact ones I bought him 3 years ago. These slippers carried him through 2 hip replacements, multiple stays in the hospital, a near fatal infection and months of rehab and physical therapy. He never took them off!! The indoor outdoor sole makes them perfect for any weather condition, even here in New England. The ONLY reason I replaced them was because my wanted to new wicked Good Moccasins that didnt remind him of his health scare. But, they are so durable and made to last that the originals look nearly the same as the ones I just bought. These will last you forever, I cant recommend enough!

Bought these for my dad as a Christmas Gift. His foot is wide. And a high arch. He walks with a walker and needed a closed slippers, not a scuff. I ordered 1/2 size up , wide eee. Nope, could barely get his toes in.. He was so excited to get new slippers, and from LL Bean! I felt horrible. Have to return them.

Very comfy - my husband had said he wears a size 9 1/2. The slippers only came in whole sizes. I ordered a size 9 for him, & they're a perfect fit! Wonderful Christmas gift!

Quality product. I had trouble with sizing. First bought a Women's 10 in this style. Too big ...slightly. will keep. Wear with socks. Next bought these in an 8...too big. Slightly...Lol. Will keep and wear with socks. I wear a Women's 9.5 sneaker so size down. If you have a store nearby...I recommend trying on in person. A quality product...warm an comfortable definitely a " Camp Moccasin "

As usual unmatched quality with LL Bean. Normal size 10 too small, sized up to 11. Slippers do not come in half sizes but in my case it would've been perfect, along with a bit more arch.

Very comfortable pair of moccasin slippers, the high traction soles gives me the confidence of sure footedness in walking around the house.
