Can get a little warm when first worn but great !!

Pros They're comfortable They don't slip off For the most part as of a month in they seem better constructed (rugged qualities) They're made in the states Cons The laces become untied easy The fur along the bottom of the inside wears out Possible corrective action if any. The laces are what they are the naturalistic leather is part of their appeal, take away from the rigidity and they become weaker... Over time if consumer doesn't pull too tightly thus damaging it's structural integrity to compensate for this problem in the short term... they should become more malleable on their own. Depending on the durability of the exposed interior insoles might serve to cost effectively re-establish the slippers overall ruggedness if the interior bottom begins to deteriorate. Conclusion... Based on the longevity of other brands structurally if these slippers continue to hold up as expected it is logical conclude they will have provided the best value for cost.

The rear of the slipper was uncomfortable at first as it rubbed on the back of my ankle but it seems to have stopped after breaking in.

Great slipper! Only complaint is doesn't stay tied...

These are well made and comfortable. The only negative I have is with the rawhide laces which are constantly coming untied.

Strongly constructed. Mine had a label inside the right moccasin that was sewn in twisted. I could feel it under my instep and had to remove it. The left moccasin has the same label but it is flat and not felt under my instep. Not a problem worth returning the otherwise nice product. The sizing is also definitely on the short side, probably because of the lining which is very thick and pleasant, so order larger than your normal size.

This pair of Moccasins slipped past the manufacturer's quality control checker I believe. When they arrived it appeared there were two left shoes. Upon checking closer I think a left upper was attached to a right sole causing the shoe to look awkward and not fit properly. Anyway, I called LLBean and their customer service representative was very gracious, kind and understanding. She made my return hassle free and immediately sent out a new pair which will arrive very soon. This is my second pair of " Wicked Good" in less than a month and they are fabulous shoes. Considering they sell a pair of these shoes every 7 seconds in December I think the occasional quality control oversight is expected. I like LLBean products and service...never take them for granted.

I wear a 10 1/2 shoe. I followed the advice to buy an 11 and it was too large. Returned them and got a 10D. Fit just right and quite comfortable.

These are great. Have been buying your slippers for years. Always a hit and they Are durable and good looking

You have to buy a size smaller than your normal size because they stretch at least one size. The width is the larger issue. Once they stretch they are great.

The extremely picky wearer of the slipper says that they do keep his feet warm but he says a little loose for his taste. SLIPPER...as the name implies, allows him to get fire wood outside on step, run into garage and have nice warm feet. We bought for width and they do fit without pinch. Good materials, nice look

Previous pair lasted 6 yrs before sole cracked and were overstretched. Anticipation of a new pair was quickly a let down because the size was right but the widest width was way too tight. Sadly had to return,so this a HUGE disappointment because my husband has NO slippers.

they still have a problem with laces. i tried the 'fisherman's knot' and too complicated for an 82 year young man. ended up using gorilla glue on the knot and that, by gollie, fixed it!

Warm and comfortable. Perhaps the shearling could be a little thicker, but what's there is quite good.

The last time that I bought a pair of Wicked Good Slippers, I saw a review from someone who said pretty much what I'm going to. The quality and reliability had slipped and they weren't as good as they used to be. I bought them anyway, despite being put of a fair amount by the increase in price over the last pair I had bought. Now, honestly, I don't remember if it was a year ago or two years ago that I bought my "new" pair but, I do know this, my "old" pair are now in better shape than the new ones. The old pair are (I'm guessing) 8 - 10 years old. To charge $80 for a pair of slippers is pretty audacious in my mind, but if they last 8-10 years and are still serviceable, then so be it. But if, after one or two years (I really think it was ONE year ago) they fit like someone with a size 15 foot had been wearing them... then, not so much. I'm originally from New England and I've been a "Beanuh" for 50+ years but I no longer have the blind loyalty that I did for most of that time. This is no longer the company that it once was. Good? Certainly! Great? Not in my opinion, not any more...

Comfortable but did not fit. 11 too big. 10 too small.

I sent the first pair back because the shearling went away after a few months. Very comfortable other than the defective shearling. I ordered another pair and hope they will be better.

Excellent quality and fit, Size 12 wide. My only complaint is the laces dont stay tied.

Love the slippers, but the leaves need to stay tired.
