Boots I shipped thru the local LL Bean Retailer for Resole were damaged upon arrival in Freeport. Without hesitation, the Folks in Repair Customer Service, (Susan and Lisa) made the necessary adjustments to the order to get me back into my daily footwear as soon as possible. You guys are Great to work with, Thanks.

Wanted to thank Wanda for making an excellent pair of boots that i got today.Told they would arrive on friday but got them thursday.I have owned bean boots for at least 40 years and have not ever been disappointed in the craftsmanship.Better yet they can replace the bottoms and you can keep on wearing them for many many more years.

Let me star by saying that I am a faithful Birkenstock wearer, as a matter of fact these are the only non birk footwear I own. That alone should say something. Sizing- I'm a US 12/ 45N and followed the instructions and ordered an 11 reg. and the fit is spot on. They have an insole like a good pair of athletic shoes, and although these don't have insulation, my feet are nice and warm.. and these have survived many West Virginia winters. Oh, and they're definitely waterproof. One of the biggest selling points is how you have them resoled. It's around 40 and the stitching is checked, soles replaced, along with insoles and laces (if needed) Those are buy for life boots.

Love the look and utility of these boots. As others have shared, the leather uppers come a little stiff, but not uncomfortably so. Great in the Pacific Northwest.

Got these for my husband for his birthday, he absolutely loves them. They need a little bit of breaking in, but once the are, they're very comfortable. I have a pair myself! Walking in rain or snow, my feet were completely dry!

Love it. Waterproof, comfortable, and stylish. I've had these for a few weeks in Midwestern winter. It pairs well with thick socks.

Live in Chicagoland and wear this boot everyday it rains or snows. Bought the original and wear with a wool sock and feet are never too hot or cold.

Always been pleased with all the Bean boots I've purchased. Bonus is that they are still made in the USA.

I was a little concerned that it was recommended that size 8 1/2 I should go to size 7 and it did seem a little tight for a first couple of days. After a few days it was very comfortable. I was very impressed with how comfortable it was after standing and walking all day. This my new favorite boot. I even wear it when it's not raining. Lol

I've worn LLB 'Duck' boots for 50 years, and this pair is my all-time favorite! The color combination; orange soles, black boot and brown leather upper has no comparison.

I haven't worn these much yet, but I love the way they look.

Great quality and customer service. Had the first pair stolen from the front porch. LL Bean replaced them without hesitation. Well worth the price!

I've been buying Bean boots for over forty years and have always been happy with the quality of the product, how it fits, and how well it holds up. (I have multiple pairs in different colors.) I just purchased my nephew's first pair, and he's very happy with how the boots fit and how well the boots're made. This is a great value for the price.

Great winter boot, very comfortable, wear them as much as I can. Enough room to wear thick socks when it's cold, but still comfortable when wearing regular socks

Ordering a size lower than I wear worked well for me. I wear a size 10 boot and I ordered a 9.

I love these boots. I was thinking about not getting them because of the price but they are totally worth it. They feel good and I can even run with my dog in them. Also I took the advice of another reviewer that mentioned ordering them a size smaller for a better fit. That is the way to go. They run large.

Width size is a great option. My fat feet can look cool in these classic boots.
