Fits so well, so comfortable, made way better than the price indicates! Worth every cent and then some. PAY ATTENTION to the sizing guide though. Mine fit great because I read it. If I had just bought my normal size they woulda gone back.

I am tall with lower back stiffness due to being alive and working. Blew through about 6 popular brands over 4+ years trying to find a boot that had a cushion heel to give relief when being on my feet 12 hours or so each day. Needed something water resistant that dries overnight so I can get back to work. Finally blessed to have tried LLBean, heels are gum sole but hold up surprisingly well in a heavy machinery work site. Rubber bottom half keeps boots from flooding. They dry amazingly fast. Leather is leather, it'll be here when I'm gone but I'll keep buying new soles until then! Great boot.

Strayed from LL Bean to try another supposedly high quality footwear for my work around the farm. What a mistake. Back to LL Bean because of proven American Quality.

Had my last pair of these boots for about 20 years. Had to get another pair when they finally went kaput.

I live in my Bean Boots. Comfortable, weather proof, long wearing, made in Maine.

I typically wear a 9 and half but I sized down to an 8, they fit great with a thicker pair of socks.

Great for cold weather and outdoors. Stylish as well.

These run big, I had to send my son's back and get a smaller size.

This pair replaces a older pair that I had used for years and appears as if it is a well made as the original was. They are made a bit larger than normal shes to allow the use of a heavy pair of socks. They are still made i Mane

These boots were purchased to replace the LL Bean Rubber Mocs I bought in 1986 - yes 1986. I purchased those because the boot was sold out - a yearly problem with this popular item. The mocs lasted 35 years - great quality! I wear a size 10 in athletic shoes and ordered a size down as suggested (same size in 1986) and it's a comfortable fit. I was worried the 8in boot would be too "tall" after wearing the moc for so many wears, but I'm happy with the look. You can't go wrong with any of these styles. The quality speaks for itself. L.L.Bean is one of the few companies whose quality is consistent throughout many generations! I'm looking for these to last 35 years too! Thank you L.L. Bean!

I've known about this boot design for years. Recently I moved to a region that gets wet and muddy. This book works well with these. I suspect it will be as pleasing with snow. Needing to wear a heavy sock makes a real difference. I bought the next full size down and the fit is comfortable. I walk over irregular ground and the boot gives good support and protection.

These are well-made boots. I wear mine as a 4-season bank-fishing angler. They're comfortable and keep my feet dry. They wear true to the sizing recommendations. My only knock is the laces aren't quite long enough. I have to tie them at the next-to-last eyelet. However they still provide good ankle support and protection, which I need. These are my first LL Bean boots, but if they keep producing boots of this quality, I'll be a lifelong customer.

I bought these boots about 40 yrs ago, and i think i wore them out.... and thinking about getting a new pair. I would say i got my money's worth, now i have to decide which type to get. I had previously bought a knockoff ( Bass, i think) which lasted about 2 or 3 yrs, i use them whenever the grass is wet or in the rain,, otherwise , not when its dry Uppers and all stitching are in excellent condition,,

I have had a pair of these for a long time and I love them. They have been great and worn well.

For daily wearing, buy a narrow width. Great shoes otherwise.

I would highly recommend these water proof boots! These are very comfortable!

My first ever pair of Bean Boots and I simply love them! Extremely comfortable, durable, and water proof. I may even try another pair for the winter months with the warm inserts. I was worried about the heel, and I don't even notice it standing or walking. I'm a size 10.5 and I ordered a size 9 as instructed. They fit great! No issues. EE width for my wide feet and no issues there either.

Bought these boots for my 15 year old son for his birthday. He loves the fit and comfort they provide. Plans to wear them not only to school, but hunting as well. He hopes to enjoy them for many years!

As always, LL Bean doesn't disappoint. The fit is as expected. As our grandchildren's feet stop growing, they get introduced to this fine boot. Made well in the USA!
