I always bought the soft fleeced jacket. I have it in all colors. You have stopped selling them. So, I opted for this one, in Mauve (because I love Mauve color). I returned it because 1) it was too snug for a large regular. 2) the mauve color does not stand out. I didn't like those black spots in them. If you have to make jackets in beautiful colors, please keep it block. Don't add and other color fiber to it. It took after the mauve color of this jacket.

It's a sharp jacket. Two issues, though. When I wear something that has cotton in it, it is very hard to pull my arms out of the sleeves. Short sleeve shirt was fine, but I would like to use this when we're traveling and want to do layers. The pocket lining was a cream color which really stood out with the blue jacket when I have the pocket unzip or the jacket unzip. Having the pocket liner closer to the same color as the jacket would be better.

I found this sweater jacket to be very stiff and uncomfortable. It is on it's way back to you.

I loved this jacket. The color and fit was great. BUT. The pockets are made of a cheap looking, whitish fabric that shows when the jacket is unzipped. Not sure why the pocket fabric wouldn't match the jacket. I returned it immediately.

Purchased in Arctic Blue, love color and like fleece but gave 3 star rating as didn't feel fit was an XS Tall. I'm 5'8 / 125lbs, was hoping for fleece to be more fitted (XS) and longer sleeves (Tall).

Let me start by saying how much I love this jacket. I had to return the first jacket because the zipper broke on the right side. Customer service sent me a new jacket and the zipper broke again (same side). I didn't have the heart to call customer service and ask for another jacket. I wear it with a busted zipper. Three stars for consistent, defective workmanship.

I like this fleece jacket, but it is not cut very full in the hips. The material is very nice and it seems like it will be warm in the cooler weather. I normally can wear a small and it is usually rummy enough in the hips area, but this is cut more narrow than other jackets I have purchased. The medium would be too big in the bust area, so I am not sure if I will return.

The Arctic Blue is beautiful and the jacket fits well. The pocket lining on this darkish blue jacket is cream colored and looks terrible when the jacket is unzipped. To cover up the cream colored pocket liners, I sewed pieces of navy blue over each cream colored pocket liner. The photo shows the stark cream colored liner in the unzipped pocket and my navy blue pocket liner covers. I'd recommend purchasing this jacket only if you are willing to do some alterations.

Great weight for travels. My first trip the left pocket zipper did not work and was off the runner after closing pocket two times. I fixed it when I got home. Second trip the same thing happened.

A little coarse to touch, not what I was expecting. Fit is good, as expected, colors true, but fabric really nothing special. Definitely not soft and snuggly.

The zippers are not very good quality.The pocket one broke right away. Will be calling and asking for a refund or replacement.

I bought the artic blue color. Disappointed that it has white pockets.

Not as heavy as I expected or need for a fall trip to New England and smaller in size than I expected. ESP arms are not big enough to wear another layer or two under.

I purchased this jacket in oatmeal. LOVE IT. I loved it so much I bought another in rose. Not crazy about this color but still love the jacket. So I had to have another more versatile color. So I orders grey. I have bought a large tall in all three. The grey is going back because the arms and armholes are so tight I can hardly get it on. SOOOO disappointed in the consistency. I will still recommend this jacket because two out of three is a win.

Wanted to love this jacket however arms were too tight- next size up would be sloppy. Sorry had to return

I own many LL Bean clothes and their quality is amazing. So I was highly disappointed when this beautiful jacket came and it had white pocket material. So if you leave the pockets unzipped there is this unsightly white showing. Every item I've ever bought from LL Bean has coordinating color pockets. Don't know what happened here. Jacket itself is awesome, but the white pockets really big me.

The white lining on the pockets stands out when wearing the jacket open and closed. It detracts from the pretty blue color. Please bring back the medium dark gray pocket lining color.

The sweater in blue is beautiful...until you decide to wear it unzipped. The pockets are white. When you open the front or unzip the pockets, the white glares at you and detracts from the sweater's overall flattering look. Otherwise, it's warm and comfortable.

I like the color (medium blue) and the fabric very much, but there are some design problems. The collar is rather stiff and when zipped all the way up covers the chin. The length and relative stiffness of the fabric seems to call for a two way zipper - it just folds up when you sit down. The biggest problem, however, is the shaping in the back. The "shirt tail" hem looks sloppy and unflattering. The front is flattering and seems form fitting, but the extra fabric in the center back looks loose and floppy. I'm keeping it because of the great color and weight, but I will be selective about where I wear it.

This is a nice warm jacket. I love the blue color. One thing that is annoying about the jacket is that because it is fleece-lined including the sleeves I find it very difficult to get it on over a sweater or even a long sleeve knit shirt. The sleeves of the jacket don't slide over the sleeves of your shirt/sweater. They get stuck. And then everything gets "bunched up"'and stretched out and your shirt becomes bulky and cumbersome. I think some silk-ish type sleeve lining would make this jacket perfect. When deciding what to wear I often skip over this jacket because it is a pain to get on.

i love this jacket but, like another reviewer, the zippers on both pockets broke..odd for an llbean product. the arm pocket seems fine but would love to be able to close the other two.

I ordered petite small, sleeves were three (3) inches too long, and the body was two inches too tight around my middle. Loved the color & the fabric. I returned the product immediately, still waiting for my bean bucks credit. I LOVE LLBEAN products, almost every thing I wear. I also returned black med petite denim jeans, decided I will wear the three pair of LLBean blue jeans I own during the cold weather, don't need more jeans.

Let me start by saying I have several of these jackets, and LOVE them. I ordered an XL in oatmeal. It is MUCH larger than any of the other XL jackets I have, and larger than a another color in my order that I gave as a gift. I returned the oatmeal jacket to a local retail store, hoping it was mislabeled and I could just swap it for another one that fit. My hopes were dashed when the other XLs fit the same way. I tried L, and it was just small enough that I didn't like how it looked. The person that helped said several people have said they are larger than previous versions. It's still a great jacket, but with the difference cut and sizing, I will sadly not purchase another.
