I got this to replace the gray one I left in Greece. I loved that one, it was a few years old. The quality of this one is horrible. A pocket zipper is broken and the h on one sleeve is totally coming off. This has been worn about 6 times. I called for exchange, but it will be via a refund. It was on sale, so replacing will cost more. I am so disappointed because it's so warm

Loved the material and the color. Unfortunately, the backside/tail was WAY too long and awkwardly folded/rolled under my backside. It was a very odd and unflattering look, despite the fact that the fleece was not a tight fit. Sadly, I had to return this otherwise lovely piece.

I'm disappointed in this. I bought it 18 months ago and have worn it about 5 times. I have washed it once. I put it on the other day and noticed both of the pocket zippers are off the track and do not zip anymore. It's not eligible for exchange according to the policy on the website.

I was so disappointed in this jacket. We bought two, womens and mens. Both showed signs of pilling just after couple of washes. Even though we washed using laundry bags, delicate cycle, cold wash and air drying! Also pocker zipper came out just after few days. Considering the price and the brand this jacket is absolutely not worth it

I purchased this Fleece for my niece who has never owned an L.L.Bean item. She was so excited! It has great features and will be used daily during the cool months. There are so many L.L.Bean fleece choices and this one was perfect.

I have two of these jackets from a couple of years ago which I love. This new jacket is 2 - 3 inches smaller around in the body and way too tight so I had to send it back. Unfortunately I am finding that same problem in most of the items I have ordered recently from Bean.

I don't get this garment. Most of what I have ordered this season in my size has been too big. This one is too small, but in particular ways. Especially snug in the arms (though tight over the hips, too.) If I liked it more, I might have ordered a bigger size, but I did not like the color and it isn't very soft, which I was hoping it to be.

Just received this item size Petite XS 5'0 109 lbs. Beautiful colors but to long in the body, sleeves, and neck is too high. Will be returning.

Love the jacket, BUT pocket lining is off-white which looks awful. Unfortunately I was already wearing it when I discovered this, so could not return it. Keeping pockets zipped works, but it's unfortunate to have to do that. I also got a light green version gray lining which looks fine.

The blue color has white pocket liners, which stand out oddly when they are unzipped. One of the pocket zippers broke immediately.

The color I expected to have a light purple hue (Iris Mauve) was a sickly pink. I didn't even try on the jacket but returned it for one in marled grey color (Pewter). The color is okay, but the fit is way too tight. Since I wear size 10, I expected Medium to be the correct size. Wrong -- it is very tight in the armscye and snug in the torso. I need to return the jacket. In a review, I read about removing the LL Bean logo tag, which I did before deciding the fit just does not suit my needs.

It's a nice jacket, but if it hadn't been a Christmas gift, I would return it because of the L.L. Bean label on the chest. I don't understand why any company would expect their customers to want to wear an advertisement on their clothing, especially in this price range. At least attach it loosely enough that you don't have to damage the jacket to remove it. I just spent a good half hour carefully picking out the stitches.

Pocket zippers both broken after one week. Fit is tight in shoulders and length is short to be a tall size. Material is nice and warm.

I have been looking for a medium-light jacket that would take the place of the traditional style fleece. Sweater fleece seemed promising, the texture and marine blue color were nice in Bean's Sweater Fleece Full Zip Jacket. However, I prefer a less form-hugging fit and I didn't like the longer shirt tail in the back. I'm 5 ft. 7 inches and 149 lbs with 65 years of mileage on my body. The hip measurements for the Large on the Size Chart would have been fine, with inches to spare, but when I zipped the jacket it seemed to hug my hips and that caused the material in the waist and back to bulge out. I tried to pull it down, but I couldn't get the back and waist of the garment to lay flat. It's always possible that the soft nap of the Carhartt jeans I was wearing made the jacket cling, but with the additional negative of very long sleeves, I was ready to return this jacket. I definitely want a looser fit so that I can fit a base layer and shirt under the jacket.

Already own and adore several of these sweater fleece jackets. But this Arctic Blue jacket's left pocket zipper detached on second wearing, and the white lining now sticks out like a wad of facial tissue. This is the third garment in a row with an early zipper fail (the other two were vests, curiously also blue), so I won't reorder.

I bought the raisin brown last year, XS Petite. Love the princess seams. Very good fit. I used my seam ripper to remove the hideous contrasting LL Bean patch logo. Complaints are the collar really stands up to the point of being annoying under your chin. But the design flaw I cannot forgive is the inside of all the zip pockets is a dark gray - completely in contrast to the jacket. This makes the jacket look messy all the time if you have them unzipped. The pocket interior needs to match the jacket. I called this year, and the only one that has matching pocket interiors is the Sailcloth color according to customer service. Fix this flaw and I'll give you a 4 star. The petite cut is perfect (finally) and great princess seams. But the pockets....ugh.

The sleeves are tight. You cannot wear this jacket over a sweater. I am so disappointed

At first I loved the jacket until I wore it. When putting the jacket on, the inside of the sleeve is tight. I pulls the shirt sleeves up to my elbows! So I would try to hold my sleeve while pulling on the jacket which is very difficult!!! I eventually stopped trying and decided to wear another jacket.

I had high hopes for this jacket. I love the outer color (arctic blue), the construction, and the fit. HOWEVER, the pocket lining on the inside (which is large) is very white. This means if the pockets are unzipped, there is a bright white that peeks through. If the front is unzipped, the white of the lining shows every time I move (or even if I am not moving, it shows depending on the angle). This is visually very unattractive against the pretty blue heather color of the jacket. It might be okay if the outer color is close to white, but it does not work against the blue, so back it goes. I don't know why it wasn't designed with a darker blue for the lining.

The sweater is fleece lined, but its a thin fleece (as in a thin sweatshirt). This does not make the sweater wind-proof. In slight winds, the wind came right through the sleeves. I would not want to wear the sweater on a cool windy day. There are plenty of pockets on both the inside and outside. Although the sweater is pretty, the thin fleece detracts from the sweater's usefulness.

Love the color. Sweater too heavy for SoCal. Returned it.

The one I bought has everything: warmth, pockets with zippers and a hood. I have been using it 10 months of the year for 4 years. 5 stars! But Iost it and when I tried to buy the same thing, I see LLB cut the hood off. Now only 2 stars.

The fit is too small. I have the same item with quarter snap top which fits great while this one is tight. The white lining doesn't work. It's glaring and makes the jacket look cheap. Sending it back.

I bought this in blue thinking it would replace the one I lost. It was actually fitted, and did not allow for a sweater underneath. I would not have thought that an outer garment such as this would be cut close to the body. I returned it.

I have an LLB sweater fleece sweater I bought some yers ago and it is perfect. I wanted another one, but this is heavier by a long shot and the color is not a clear blue. Not so great.
